(KGTV) - A nun died in court Friday during a proceeding related to the legal battle against the Los Angeles Archdiocese and singer Katy Perry.Sister Catherine Rosse Holzman, 89, died in court during the proceeding related to the sale of a Los Feliz property, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.Holzman was part of an order of nuns known as The Sisters of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The order owned a hilltop property that used to be a convent but sold it in 2015 to entrepreneur Dana Hollister.The Archdiocese intervened, however, saying the offer was void because the order did not get the sale approved by the Archdiocese or Pope Francis. The book includes information about Smart’s abduction in 2002, when she was 14 years old. Smart was held captive by Mitchell and Wanda Barzee for nine months.Before Smart’s kidnapping, Mitchell deliberately went to a Mormon church in East County to find a girl to victimize, Smart wrote. (KGTV) -- As more states across the country issue "stay at home" orders and closing down schools to curb the spread of Coronavirus, Virginia police are warning families to keep a closer eye on their children's social media habits.Virginia police investigators say they have identified two teenagers caught in a social media video purportedly coughing on grocery store customers and produce.The Purcellville Police Department said the teens admitted to their involvement in the video, but investigators determined that the teens did not cough or spit on customers nor produce"The investigation concluded the teenagers were getting close to other patrons and coughing into their own sleeves, while filming it on their phones," police said.Due to the age of the minors involved, no names or video footage was released.
