A 2-year-old girl died on Friday after a mirror fell at a Payless Shoes store near Atlanta, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Ifrah Siddique was pronounced dead at a Georgia hospital shortly after being transported from the shoe store. A 3-year-old girl was found safe after spending almost 24 hours in the woods on her own.Abby Ladwig went missing August 9, along with her family’s dog Peanut. Abby lives in Sawyer County, Wisconsin, in the northern section of the state and surrounded by forests. Local media reports the girl walked away while her father stepped inside for a few minutes.Her mother, Lisa Koch, posted on Facebook along with pictures of Abby and Peanut. (KGTV) - Naval Criminal Investigative Services announced Friday the arrests of two additional Marines and a sailor, bringing the total of troops suspected of human smuggling and drug-related offenses to 19. Sixteen of the service members were taken into custody Thursday at Camp Pendleton during Battalion formation, a gathering of some 800 troops, U.S. Marine Corps officials said. An additional eight troops were questioned about drug offenses unrelated to the arrests, said Maj. Kendra Motz, 1st Marine Division Communication Strategy Operations Director.
