LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Oprah Winfrey is using her influence to push for justice in the police killing of Breonna Taylor.The media mogul is having dozens of billboards installed around the city of Louisville, WAVE reports. The 26-year-old emergency room technician and her boyfriend were in bed. After a brief exchange, Taylor’s boyfriend reportedly fired his gun and then police fired shots, striking Taylor at least eight times. She died in the apartment hallway.Since Taylor’s death, protests have been held across the country, demanding that the officers involved be charged in her killing. Many celebrities other than Oprah have also used their platforms to call for action.For now, the shooting is under investigation by the FBI and Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron. LYNDON TOWNSHIP, Michigan — Michigan State Police say a USPS mail carrier was killed when she was hit by her own truck delivering mail on Wednesday afternoon.According to police, the mail carrier was on Blind Lake Rd. in Lyndon Township, northwest of Ann Arbor, around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.She was delivering a package at a resident with the USPS mail truck parked at the top of the driveway. For reasons not known at this time, the vehicle rolled down the driveway, struck the mail carrier and then pinned her between the truck and a guardrail.The woman, identified as a 56-year-old Tracy Sylo, of Pinckney, was pronounced dead at the scene. 649

"I'm the midwife. She's here to have the baby."Anderson let out a big scream and Lobaina caught the baby as the officers watched in disbelief.After Julia's birth, Anderson was helped into the medical center by the child's father and Lobaina.In the video Hinkley ran into the frame just moments after the birth — but not fast enough."Un-freaking-believable," Hinkley said, seemingly disappointed she missed the party."What was going through my mind was, 'Get in the tub. Michelle Obama's brother Craig Robinson has been named the executive director of the National Association of Basketball Coaches.Robinson is leaving his job as the New York Knicks' Vice President of Player Development and Minor League Operations, a position he's held since 2017, to take over for Jim Haney, who held the NABC position for 29 years.“I’m extremely honored and excited for this tremendous and vital opportunity,” said Robinson in a press release. “I’d like to thank the NABC, our Board of Directors, President Jamie Dixon, and the search committee for selecting me at such an important time for our membership, our players, and our game.
