SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego police are looking for a man accused of committing a lewd act in the Morena neighborhood.The incident happened on Aug. 12, shortly before 4:30 p.m. A home security camera caught the man stopping on the sidewalk and engaging in the lewd act as he crept near a woman that was gardening outside her home.Police say the woman had her back turned to the man, and she never knew he was there."He was within maybe four or five feet at the time," the woman's husband, Jeremy Pritchett, said. "That's frightening about the situation, someone can creep up to you within 4 feet, and you have no idea."A car drove by, and Pritchett said it scared the man away. Pritchett was home at the time but didn't know what had happened until a few minutes after the man took off. He found out after looking through his security camera footage.San Diego police officers say they have identified the man in the video, and they are going to issue a warrant for his arrest. Currently, there are no community-spread cases of the virus in the County. However, officials are asking the community to prepare for the event. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Residents of several inland North County communities tell 10News they are fed up with the numerous delays which have led to a series of road improvement projects to take more than two years to complete.The most impactful is the widening of Rancho Bernardo Road between I-15 and Bernardo Center Drive.Work on that stretch began in February of 2017 and was projected to take six to seven months. It's almost a year past that point.
