But if you look hard enough - something else is trying to take over.Limebike is a tech company that deals in two wheels.It's been a busy week for Colin McMahon, a manager at Limebike."On Friday we started rolling them out through all the weekend and now we are up to 200 bikes through operations," McMahon said.Limebike's mobile app is launching in Imperial Beach, its eighth city."A lot of curiosity so almost every time we brought a bike out of the truck people were asking what is this bike how does it work," McMahon said.Riders download the app, enter their credit card number and scan the back of the bike they want to ride.Even 4th grader, Jacquin Hallaway, can figure it out."I think it's fun that you can like rent a bike," Hallaway said.Unfortunately, not everyone has been behaving with the bikes.Someone in Seattle stuck one on a power pole but don't count out San Diego's shenanigans."There was one that was thrown off the pier. HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Wildlife officials say a goose is recovering after being found with a large arrow through its neck at the same Southern California park where a goose and a gull swallowed prescription pills last month.The Los Angeles Times reported Monday that the goose flew around with the arrow in its neck for a week before it was finally captured at Carr Park in Huntington Beach.The arrow was removed and the bird was given antibiotics, IV fluids and painkillers. It's expected to fully recover.Shortly before Christmas, a Canadian goose and a ring-bill gull had their systems flushed after eating pills — including sedatives — that someone dumped in the park. Both birds have recovered after being treated at a wildlife center.Officials don't know whether the two incidents are related. 816

IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) - Early Sunday morning, 63,000 gallons of sewage spilled into Tijuana River. A representative with U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission tells 10News the spill came from the potable water Planetary Aquaduct around 4:30 am. They say Pump Station CILA was unable to divert water from this event and a trans-boundary flow of approximately 63,000 gallons occurred at around 4:30 am. The transboundary flow contained treated and untreated wastewater in addition to storm water runoff and groundwater that has made its way to the Tijuana River. Pump Station continues to operate and no transboundary flows are currently present. 686
