(KGTV) - A man arrested in Orange County Wednesday had allegedly tried to pay to have sex with a 4-year-old, officials said.Nicolas Ryan Castillo, 29, was arrested near a home he was staying at on the Woodley Avenue in Anaheim, according to ABC affiliate KABC.FBI officials and Santa Ana police reportedly served search warrants at two homes, one of which was across the street from an elementary school. ARCADIA (CNS) - Horse-racing fans and animal advocates calling for a ban on the sport were expected at Santa Anita Park Saturday for the biggest day of the park's racing calendar, with the million Santa Anita Derby headlining a 7-race schedule amid an ongoing controversy over a recent spike in horse deaths at the famed track.The Santa Anita Derby plays a major role in determining the favorites for next month's Kentucky Derby.Twenty-three horses have died at Santa Anita since Dec. 26, but two- time Triple Crown-winning trainer Bob Baffert told reporters last week that he remains confident about the level of safety at Santa Anita."If I thought there was a danger out there, I wouldn't even (send) my horses out there so I'm feeling good about what's going on here. But school districts across the country are approaching the use of computer cameras differently."One of the things we're so worried about our kids missing out on is oxytocin. I know we don't think about it that way but that's the chemical we get when we get to be with or see or hear people that are important to us. The feeling of connectivity, that feeling of being okay is really benefited by seeing faces," said Dr. Deborah Gilboa, a family physician and youth development expert also known as "Doctor G" who has created an e-course for parents and educators to help them navigate back to school virtually. An unauthorized vehicle drove onto Travis Air Force Base in Northern California, crashed and erupted into flames, killing the driver, authorities said.There were no other fatalities in the security breach Wednesday night, the base said in a statement. It did not identify the driver, but said the car "gained unauthorized access" through the main gate."Travis AFB security forces immediately responded," the statement said. "Additionally, the base's explosive ordnance disposal team, office of special investigations and other responders were on scene."It's unclear whether the crash was deliberate. The Air Force and the FBI are investigating."The investigation is ongoing and there are no current known threats to the base or community," the base said. " The main gate has reopened and all other facilities are operating as normal."Travis Air Force Base is home to 10,000 military personnel, and a major hub for logistics and military cargo in the Pacific.
