China and Singapore agreed to build a partnership of all-round cooperation keeping with the times, it said. Both countries should seize the momentum, be creative in practical cooperation, and build on past achievements for brighter bilateral ties.
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and South Korean President Park Geun-hye attended the summit. They also jointly met with the press and attended a business summit.
China and Singapore also agreed to strengthen communication and cooperation on regional and global affairs.
"China is greatly concerned about the poor harvest caused by El Nino in many African countries and will provide one billion yuan (156 million dollars) of emergency food aid to the affected countries," he said.
