SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A patient at a North Park dental office got upset after she got hit with surprise fee.Two Thursdays ago, Linda Morrow - donning a mask and gloves - went to Pristine Dental Group for a root canal and bone grafting. After the procedure, Morrow, who doesn't have dental insurance, paid cash for the bill. It was in line with the estimate."The total bill was 0. I didn't have change, so I gave them 0 because I only had bills," said Morrow.Morrow says when no one in the office could make change, the receptionist spoke up."She commented, 'Oh, PPE.'" said Morrow.Morrow says her new bill was for 0 dollars, including a charge for personal protective equipment used by the dental staff."That shut my mouth. I was stunned," said Morrow.Confused, Morrow paid the full amount and left."My concept was that it was definitely an afterthought. Police say 49-year-old Lusean Arline was arrested November 4th in connection with the alleged October 27th sexual assault at the Balboa Nursing & Rehab Center on Fourth Ave.Prosecutors say Arline entered the nursing home, possibly through an unlocked door, around 3 that morning and was found completely nude on top of the victim in her bed. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A man who was injured in a fire above a business near Belmont Park in Mission Beach has died.The San Diego County Medical Examiner's office announced the death of 36-year-old Aaron Porter, Wednesday evening.For the last 20 years, Richard Ghozul has worked at Kojack's Greek and American Food, and has lived in the upstairs apartment. Tuesday morning at around 6 AM, the 70-year-old was fast asleep until flames began crackling above his ceiling. “My apartment [is] gone, everything," Ghozul said. With the help of a lifeguard who ran into the apartments, Ghozul barely made it out alive. But Aaron Porter, the man who just moved in next door, did not. According to the County Medical Examiner, Aaron Porter died at UCSD Medical Center after suffering major thermal injuries.“He is always busy. He works on the fishing boat," Ghozul remembered of Porter. “I’m very sad for him.  Too much smoke happened to him.”Early mornings and late nights, Porter worked at Aztec Sportfishing.
