RICHMOND, Va. – A military veteran who died of a heart attack while onboard a Richmond city bus was robbed while unconscious. Several burobbed while unconsciouss riders jumped in to help the man while he went into cardiac arrest, but they ultimately got off the bus, with the exception of one.Police say 20-year-old Demontea Chappell stayed behind under the guise of giving aid but was seen on camera taking the man's wallet.A video reveals the heartbreaking details."Pop? What you name is Pop?" said a young man, as the older bus passenger struggled unconsciously and not breathing."Trying to find his wallet. Where the wallet at?" that young man continues.Chappell, according to police, was acting as if he was giving aid to the Air Force veteran, but the bus video showed he went inside the man’s wallet and then slid the cash into his own pocket.Sources told WTVR's Jon Burkett that the veteran always carried cash, but how much money he had that day was unknown.Police now have a warrant for Chappell's arrest.The veteran died on the bus near the corner of First and Federal last Thursday morning.Sources tell WTVR that after family members questioned why their loved one’s wallet was empty, officials with the Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) went to the recordings and alerted police. REXBURG, Idaho — Judge Faren Eddins says there is probable or sufficient cause that Chad Daybell committed the crimes he is accused of. Daybell is currently charged with two felony counts of Destruction, Alteration or Concealment of Evidence, and two felony counts of Conspiracy Destruction, Alteration, or Concealment of Evidence.The decision was made after a 10-minute recess. Daybell was emotionless as Judge Eddins announced his decision.Prosecutors played a recording of a jailhouse phone call between Lori Vallow and Daybell. The recording was made on the day authorities were searching for the bodies of Tylee Ryan and Joshua "JJ" Vallow. Soon after, the FBI and other law enforcement testified they found the bodies of the children in shallow graves on Daybell's property.There was no indication that either Lori or Chad was aware of the discovery, and they said nothing on the phone call about what they knew.Daybell's case now heads to District Court, where he will go before Judge Steven Boyce on August 21 for an arraignment. The defense has 60 days to file for a change of venue. No one has been charged in the deaths of the children.Lori is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Eddins next week on August 10 and 11. SACO, Maine – A man in Maine has been arrested after authorities say he was caught putting razor blades into pizza dough that was then sold to customers.The Saco Police Department says it was notified of the tampered food by the city’s Hannaford Supermarket last Tuesday. Officers say a customer had purchased a Portland Pie pizza dough and later discovered razor blades inside.“The review of store security surveillance footage revealed a person tampered with the packaging of several Portland Pie pizza doughs,” wrote the department in a statement.Police have identified the suspect as 38-year-old Nicholas Mitchell and said he’s a former associate of It’ll Be Pizza company, which manufactures products for Portland Pie.A warrant was issued for Mitchell’s arrest and he was later taken into custody in Dover, New Hampshire, according to police.As a result of the incident, Hannaford Supermarkets has issued a recall for all Portland Pie branded products sold at its stores.The supermarket chain says customers who purchased Portland Pie pizza dough or cheese sold in its delis between Aug. 1 and Oct. 11 should not consume the products.
