PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla — CVS has pulled all powdered Enfamil baby formula off its shelves as its pharmacy department does an internal review. The move comes after a Florida mother shared her story about what she found inside a tub of formula with Scripps station WFTS in Tampa.Alison Denning says her package of Enfamil baby formula was tampered with before she opened the package."When I opened it up, this seal that wraps around was opened,” she said. RELATED: Mom says baby formula bought at nearby CVS was replaced with flourDenning says the package looked fine on the outside and even had the protective seal intact on the lid, which is why she didn’t think twice about buying it. But when she got it home, she knew what she found inside was not baby formula. She sent the product back to the manufacturer for lab testing. She says Enfamil has been extremely friendly and helpful.Enfamil said Denning's is an “isolated incident” and haven’t had any other reports of flour for this particular batch of formula. But this isn't the first time baby formula has tampered with — last year, a woman was arrested in Tucson, Arizona after she was found guilty of swapping baby formula with flour at two Walmart stores in the area. One baby was sickened after ingesting the tampered product but is doing OK now, according to the Associated Press.“There is no recall related to this or other Enfamil branded products,” Lynn Kenney said. She's the Head of Corporate Communications, North America for the makers of Enfamil, Reckitt Benckiser. Even still, CVS decided to pull the product."Enfamil powder is temporarily unavailable in our stores due to an internal review being conducted by CVS Pharmacy," CVS said in a statement. "Our store employees can assist customers with finding an alternative product in the meantime. We apologize for any inconvenience.”"I’m very relieved that they’re taking this seriously,” said Denning.Denning got a sample size of Enfamil powdered baby formula from her pediatrician Wednesday."It’s an aluminum pop top,” she said. "Once you break the seal, you’ll know right away if someones been in it.”Denning thinks it's much more tamper-proof than the tubs with bags inside. "Anyone who’s not 100% familiar with formula may have made a really bad mistake,” she said. Enfamil says there is no recall on any of its products but encourages anyone that purchases its products to check the appearance of the package — even differences that may be minor could be meaningful. PALATINE, Ill. – Art education in grade schools has historically struggled with resources and funding. As millions turn to the arts to deal with stress and anxiety, educators are being forced to stretch the limits of their creativity. This fall, they say teaching acting, music and art will be more challenging than ever.“We do lots of different things. We do ceramics. We do 3D sculpture. We do drawing and painting. And it's really a hands-on program,” said elementary school art teacher Paul Dombrowski.Dombrowski is two years away from retirement and trying to relearn how to teach.“COVID, it has really turned the educational world upside down and we're kind of baptism by fire of having to figure out what we're going to do and how we can service these kids,” he said.High school theater director Britnee Kenyon’s district decided on a full remote program weeks ago.“For me, that meant really reconfiguring our entire theater program, theatrical season, everything, because as most people know theater needs an audience and theater needs people,” said Kenyon.One of her six productions had to be eliminated. She’s now dealing with streaming rights to put on her productions online.But the recent streaming success of “Hamilton” has proven that the show can go on.“It's not in the way that we expected but we can still do theater and families can watch it,” said Kenyon. “Maybe on the bright side, families from all over the country will now be able to watch it.”She’s still working out how her acting students will learn, rehearse and perform this year.“Not being able to play theater games together, not being able to make eye contact with a human being and believe that they're making eye contact with you back, because you're actually looking at your screen, that in and of itself is a conundrum that will be really interesting to figure out,” said Kenyon.For Dombrowski, a diabetic making him high-risk for getting coronavirus, his classes will all be virtual.“I'm kind of scared to have to teach it through the computer,” he said. “I'm looking at a screen of 28 children. It's really an impersonal thing. It's hard to make connections with the kids that way.”Even more challenging is that he may be instructing students from all of the schools in the district with differing resources and abilities.“We have 4,000 children that are going to be working from home and some may have a piece of notebook paper and a pencil. Others may have every marker and watercolor set that you can imagine,” said Dombrowski.Online or in-person, the ultimate goal for these educators, they say, is to create a special space for all their students.“A place where they can come and know they're safe and when they leave my classroom, I want them to feel like they're the best artist in the world,” said Dombrowski.Kenyon says she will do the best she can.“I hope this ends up being something that we can look back on and say it was a horrible time in our history. (KGTV) - El Prez Beach Bar and Cocina in Pacific Beach was shut down by the Health Department in May just one day after San Diego restaurants were allowed to reopen, and a few weeks later, the business is now back open with new rules.RELATED: Pacific Beach's El Prez shut down for violating health ordersMultiple officials highlighted a video posted to social media that showed a crowded bar with a lack of social distancing and masks, causing the closure. Bar management has worked with the Health Department and the business is now back open with strict guidelines. Patron Matt Holman visited El Prez Saturday, June 13 and said he was pleasantly surprised to see all of the precautions being taken.“We noticed at the door there was a ‘covid coordinator,’ she looked like she was having an awesome time, kind of regulating everybody, making sure everybody was six feet apart,” he said, noting he witnessed a group get turned away when one person’s temperature was too high.He also said the rules were strict once inside.“When you sit down at the table, you can take your mask off, but you’re only allowed to get up from the table if you’re going to the bathroom or if you’re leaving the restaurant, so they were very specific about that,” he said.A previous statement from El Prez highlighted planned steps for reopening, including:We will have two separate lines to enter the restaurant. One will be for our rooftop and the other will be for our main level. The lines will be organized outside the restaurant and we will have 6’ markers to delineate where customers can stand. There will be no more lines on the main level. And we will have a security guard to remind guests to stand at least six feet of distance between parties and that masks must be worn at all times.All patrons must be served at tables. The tables will be socially distant from each other. There is no standing room inside the restaurant.We will bring on additional staff to ensure masks are worn at all times. If customers do not wear their masks, we will, unfortunately, have to ask them to leave.We will increase signage throughout the restaurant notifying customers of the county’s and state rules. All rules must be complied with or customers will be asked to leave.Holman said he witnessed strict enforcement of some of these rules.“We noticed a couple guys who were up mingling with another table and they got booted out by security so looks like fellas, if you’re going to be going down to El Prez, you want to talk to girls, you’re going to have to be yelling at them from your table over some loud music,” said Holman. 2632

Philonise Floyd, a brother of George Floyd, challenged Congress to "stop the pain" during an appearance at a House Judiciary hearing on policing practices.During his opening statement, Philonise Floyd recalled watching the bystander video of his brother's arrest — the video that shows a police officer kneeling on his neck for more than eight minutes. George Floyd later died in police custody."I can't tell you the kind of pain you feel when you watch something like that. When you watch your big brother, who you looked up to your whole entire life die, die begging for his mom?" Philonise Floyd said. "I'm tired. I'm tired of pain. Pain you feel when you watch something like that."Police originally took George Floyd into custody for allegedly using a countefeit bill to buy to but tobacco at a Minneapolis convenience store."He didn't deserve to die over ," Philonise Floyd said. "I'm asking you, is that what a black man's worth? Twenty dollars? This is 2020.
