Two people were found dead in a South Euclid, Ohio home early Saturday morning following a 12-hour standoff tied to the investigation of a Beachwood, Ohio doctor who was found shot to death on Thursday.Around 7:30 p.m Friday, SWAT converged on a second house belonging to Dr. Richard Warn in the 4300 block of Elmwood Road to serve a warrant with homicide detectives. Warn was found dead the previous day inside his Beachwood home on Brentwood Road.SWAT officers made entry into the residence using an armored vehicle and were met with gunfire. Authorities retreated and over the next 12 hours attempted to make contact with the people inside. (CNS) - Felony charges were filed Tuesday against a woman who allegedly tried to snatch NFL legend Joe Montana's 9-month-old granddaughter from a Malibu home.Sodsai Predpring Dalzell, 39, is set to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon in a Van Nuys courtroom on charges of attempted kidnapping and first-degree residential burglary with a person present, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.Montana flagged down deputies from the sheriff's Lost Hills station about 5 p.m. Saturday. He told them his 9-month-old grandchild had been sleeping in a playpen in the living room when an unknown woman entered the home in the 22100 block of Pacific Coast Highway, removed the baby and walked upstairs with the child in her arms."Mr. Montana and his wife Jennifer confronted the female, attempted to de-escalate the situation and asked for the suspect to give back their grandchild. A tussle ensued, and Mrs. Montana was able to safely pry the child out of the suspect's arms," according to a sheriff's statement.Deputies found Dalzell nearby and arrested her. She's being held in lieu of 0,000 bail.The 64-year-old Montana tweeted about the incident Sunday afternoon, saying, "Thank you to everyone who has reached out. Two men attempting to get food samples at a Costco in South Carolina ended up fighting after one cut line in front of the other.The State news outlet in Columbia reports on July 26, a 70-year-old man was waiting in line for a free sample of cheese when the other man involved, who is 72 years old, cut in front of him, took a sample and walked away.It happened again when the 70-year-old man moved to a line for free samples of cheeseburgers. The 72-year-old man again cut the line in front of him. That's when things got heated, according to The State.The two men exchanged words, and the 72-year-old slapped the 70-year-old, according to witnesses and the police report that was filed. The 70-year-old's hat flew off his head.No arrests were made and police are reviewing surveillance video, The State reports. 830

  

Two curious emperor penguins in Antarctica stumbled across a camera and the video is going viral. The curious birds flipped it over to face skyward, which recorded them staring into the camera and apparently trying to figure out what the device was doing on their turf. The Australian Antarctic division posted the 38-second clip on its Twitter page March 7.
