WASHINGTON, D.C. – Firefighters recently pulled six dogs from a burning building in Washington D.C.Crews responded to the scene Tuesday after receiving a report of a row house on fire.Four residents made it out but told firefighters six dogs were still inside. One by one, the pups were pulled out of the building.One of the dogs was found unconscious but was treated and revived at the scene. WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A group of South Florida strip clubs will give away 3,000 turkeys to needy families for Thanksgiving.Rodriguez Charities will be giving away 1,000 turkeys at three different locations on Monday, Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.The turkeys are intended for families in need, are limited to one turkey per household, and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last on Nov. 20 at each of the three locations.The free Thanksgiving turkey giveaway started with just 100 turkeys at just one location in 2014. WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man was shot after attempting to break into the WTTG television station, employees there tweeted Monday afternoon.A security guard allegedly fired the shot at the suspect, according to a report by the station.The intruder survived and the incident is under investigation. There is no report on why the attempted break-in occurred or how the man may be connected to the station.WTTG-TV reported that the suspect was identified as George Odemns of Northwest D.C. He has previously sent emails to employees of the station, WTTG said. WTTG said that Odemns was shot after forcing his way through the glass doors, which was captured on video from inside and outside of the entrance to the lobby area.  765
