A department SUV can be seen having its rear window smashed.According to the LAPD's South Traffic Division, the bicyclist killed Tuesday was a man in his early 20s, who was struck by a white Porsche Cayenne SUV. The victim was identified in news reports as 22-year-old Frederick Frazier."The driver of the SUV that hit the young man was heading east on Manchester when the collision occurred. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge has blocked a Trump administration rule that would have put up new roadblocks for asylum-seekers convicted of a variety of crimes. It was set to take effect Friday. LOGAN HEIGHTS (KGTV) - Police are investigating a stabbing in Logan Heights that left one man injured.The stabbing happened just before 6:20 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block on National Avenue near 30th Street.Police say the man was stabbed in an alley at least two times, once in the leg and once in the face.The man was transported to UCSD with non-life threatening injuries.There were no witnesses to the stabbing.Police say they are currently looking at cameras in the area to identify a suspect.Residents in the area told 10News that crime has been increasing in their neighborhood. 592
