The World Against Toys Causing Harm (WATCH) safety advocacy group named 10 toys that are "potentially dangerous" and "should not be in the hands of children."According to WATCH, the group says that some toys have inconsistent and inadequate warnings, and pose safety hazards. WATCH issues an annual list of toys that it finds are exceptionally dangerous for children. "Due to poor design, manufacturing and marketing practices, there are toys available for purchase today with the potential to lead to serious injury and even death," WATCH said in a statement. Three Democratic senators on Monday filed a lawsuit challenging the appointment of acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker, ratcheting up the court effort to declare his placement atop the Justice Department as unconstitutional.Sens.
