It's a time of love, celebration and great expense.Saturday's royal wedding between Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle could easily cost over £1 million (.4 million). Security for the event and a ceremonial escort and procession by the British Armed Forces will raise the bill significantly. So who pays for all this? It's a sensitive issue in the United Kingdom because taxpayers will ultimately bear much of the cost, specifically for securing the wedding. 480

Instagram announced Tuesday they were kicking off National Bullying Prevention Month by testing two new features that combat users writing comments that are considered bullying and harassing. The social media platform said in a blog post that one of the new features would automatically hide similar, negative comments that have already been reported." We know from research that, while people don't want to be exposed to negative comments, they want more transparency into the types of words that are hidden," Instagram said in the blog post.To see the remarks, Instagram says you can tap on "view hidden comments."Instagram added that they've also expanded their existing systems to include "an additional warning when people repeatedly attempt to post potentially offensive comments."Since launching comment warning, the company said they'd seen a shift in user's behaviors when providing real-time feedback as they are writing negative comments. 956
In retribution for Delta ending its support for the NRA following a mass shooting that killed 17 at a high school in Parkland, Florida, the Republican-held Georgia Senate ended a jet fuel sales tax break for Delta that could cost the company up to million. The bill, which has already been approved by the state's majority GOP House, is said to have the support of Governor Nathan Deal. "Disagreement on key issues of our time should not prevent Georgians from keeping more of their hard-earned dollars," he said at a press conference Wednesday.Deal said he would find "a pathway forward for the elimination of sales tax on jet fuel, which is non-negotiable."Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle, a Republican who is running for governor, said earlier in the week that companies can't "attack conservatives and expect us not to fight back.".Delta has yet to respond publicly to the lawmakers.Delta, headquartered in Atlanta, is one of the state's largest employers. Democrats in other states took the opportunity to invite the airline to do business with them instead."Virginia is for lovers and airline hubs," Virginia Governor Ralph Northam said on Twitter. "You're welcome here any time." 1213
