She is the second suspect, the agency said, after her daughter, Trinity Love Jones was found dead inside a black duffel bag on March 5.Graham's arraignment will follow the filing on Wednesday, the sheriff's department said.Last week, Graham had been extradited from Texas to Los Angeles, as investigators prepared a criminal case against her.
