Short as Bornstein asked before Stiller's Cohen called Giuliani, who was appearing on Fox News during the call.Giuliani, who said he had other TV appearances lined up to give away secret information, was then looped by Cohen. And it just never dawned one me to check the name just because it looked like my card. Before it declined it, we were able to pump gas with this card," she added.That`s when she and her husband realized something was wrong."We looked down at the card and saw that it wasn`t our name on the card, same bank, same color card, same everything, just not our name," said receiver of wrong card.So they traced their steps back and found out Gilligan's Carlisle pike had their card and luckily, it had not been charged.But what about the money they accidentally charged on the other person's card?We`re trying to make it right and just pay that back the guy because it wasn`t our card, it`s not right," she said.Al Pioppo at the Members First headquarters in Cumberland County says they are doing the right thing."That`s fantastic that they did go the extra step and it makes our job a lot easier, we don`t have to file a dispute for the member and if we can make the other member whole that`s fantastic," said Al Pioppo, Vice President of card services at Members First.He says situations like these happen more often than not."Not everybody`s honest," said Pioppo.And there are things to keep in mind if it happens to you.First, call your bank."We can check into the account, we`ll notify the member and then we can shut down the card immediately so that it can`t be used by anybody," he added."I think it`s so important to be honest. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Several homes were evacuated and a bomb squad called to the scene after hundreds of rounds of ammo were discovered inside a Mira Mesa home Wednesday night. Authorities were called to the home on Avenida Del Gato and Valdosta Ave between 4 and 5 p.m. According to San Diego Police, a man was cleaning his deceased relative’s home when he found the ammo. Also discovered inside the home were mortar rounds and rocket rounds. Military ordnance experts, FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were all called to the home. So far, authorities say they’re about 75 percent through the investigation. All the items discovered inside the home are so far inert, Jeff Ring, Commander of the Bomb Squad told 10News. The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department says six nearby homes had to be evacuated. A total of 14 adults and one child who live nearby had to leave. At this time, it’s unclear when residents will be allowed to return. 975

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Rainwater run-off from the Tijuana River flooded parts of Monument Road, Thursday afternoon. Just up the hill is the border fence that separates Mexico and the United States. But that does not stop debris from flowing into San Diego. Residents in the area say this flooding happens every time it rains. Precipitation means the Tijuana River Diverter gets shut down, which brings in millions of gallons of stormwater run-off, including trash, raw sewage, chemicals, and diseases. To many, the stench is unbearable. “There’s a tire factory that’s dumping chemicals down there. There’s a car battery company dumping chemicals, you have every chemical and disease coming through here, and our poor Border Patrol has to go through it," resident, James Martin said. US Border Patrol's Swift Water Response team closed off Monument Road earlier in the afternoon, while monitoring the flow from above. Because of this toxic run-off, San Diego County announced they have block access to all beaches in the South Bay. They have also temporarily closed the trails at Tijuana River Valley Regional Park. 1123
