(AP) — The wife of a man who was struck and killed by a Metrolink train in Southern California says investigators told her he pushed her out of the way.The Orange County Register reports Saturday that Jacqueline Gibson, of Lake Elsinore, said she was vacationing with her 71-year-old husband Ernest Gibson Monday when they crossed the tracks to return to their Dana Point campground.She says he suddenly told her to run. She found herself on the other side moments later as the train came through.Once it passed, she found her husband's body.She says investigators told her video from the train showed her husband pushing her out of the way.Metrolink officials say the area was restricted. Gibson says there were no signs indicating to keep out. 772

Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks and Radiohead are among the artists that will be immortalized in Cleveland's Rock Hall of Fame in 2019.The Hall of Fame announced its class of 2019 inductees in a tweet on Wednesday. Joining Def Leppard, Jackson, Nicks and Radiohead are The Cure, Roxy Music and The Zombies.Among those artists nominated who didn't make the cut were Devo, LL Cool J, Rage Against the Machine and Todd Rundgren.Artists are nominated for Hall of Fame induction each year by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation's nomination committee. Days after the release of the Sterling Brown arrest video, the Milwaukee Police Union president said using a stun gun on the NBA player might have been the right thing to do.The Milwaukee Police Association President Mike Crivello told Scripps radio station 620 WTMJ in Milwaukee, it is possible those officers did the right thing."If they didn't feel as though they were getting control of him before he could get control of whatever that was in his pocket. Tasing may have been appropriate," Crivello said.Crivello said he could not see what was happening during the struggle with Brown after an officer asked him to take his hands out of his pockets. That was right before Brown was taken to the ground and stunned.He also suggested the use of a stun gun could have been prevented if officers always worked with a partner. That's something the MPD Chief Alfonso Morales said he's focused on."We have worked exhaustively in the last three months to really try to figure out how we are going to handle this situation and move forward from it," Morales said.The Milwaukee police chief answered some questions about the video Wednesday, but still is not saying much.Morales has known this moment was coming when he and his department would be responding to the stunning and handcuffing of Brown. "We're really working at putting our officers back at the district.
