(KGTV) - The forward rate of spread of the Dehesa Fire burning in East County has been stopped, Cal Fire tweeted just after 5 p.m. The flames broke out about 3 p.m. east of Dehesa and Sloane Canyon Roads near Sycuan Casino, Cal Fire officials told 10News. Sky10 video indicated the flames were on a ridge above the Sweetwater River and Beaver Hollow.By 8 p.m. the fire had burned 200 acres and was 10 percent contained, Cal Fire reported. The San Diego County Sheriff's Office tweeted evacuations were underway for a "handful of structures" at Sycuan Truck Trail and Japatul Road. Employees of the nearby Dehesa School District offices were told to go home. By 8 p.m., all evacuations were lifted. Fire danger was increased due to dry weather Tuesday. Crowds of migrants resumed their long journey north on Sunday from the Mexican border city of Ciudad Hidalgo, according to Mexican federal police officers.The caravan was headed for Tapachula, a city about 37 km (23 miles) north of the Mexico-Guatemala border, the officers told CNN.There were about 10 buses awaiting migrants along the highway between Tapachula and Ciudad Hidalgo and the drivers had been instructed to carry the migrants to shelters in Tapachula, the officers said. COLLIER COUNTY, Florida — Troopers are sharing a video of a wrong way driver on Interstate 75 to highlight the dangers of impaired driving.Florida Highway Patrol's Lt. Greg Bueno shared the video on Twitter Thursday.The video, recorded early Tuesday morning along Alligator Alley, shows a car speed by driving the wrong direction.  The trooper immediately turned around and crossed the median to follow the driver.Shortly after, the trooper sees the wrong way driver making a U-turn, and the trooper crosses the median again to pull the driver over.Lt.
