(KGTV) - Poway Unified School District is launching a pilot program in an attempt to take an innovative approach to special education, bringing children with learning disabilties together with the general education population."We know, as students of history, separate has never been equal," Associate Superintendent Greg Mizel said in an interview with 10News. "So the more that we mix up our kids, the better for all children."The program is being tried in three schools: Monterey Ridge Elementary in 4S Ranch, Twin Peaks Middle in Poway, and Mt. Those classes will have two teachers, one from special ed and one from general ed. POWAY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man who went missing from Poway Saturday night has been found safe. Authorities said Sunday morning that 84-year-old Orlando H. Lugo was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night. Lugo suffers from memory loss.He was later spotted around 9:20 a.m. walking along the side of southbound Interstate 15 near Scripps Poway Parkway. He has previously walked from Poway to Mira Mesa and Escondido. Lugo was taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation.  508

As Trump spoke, 17,000 votes in Savannah, Georgia, were tabulated cutting Trump’s lead in the state by 6,000. Trump now leads the state by 3,500 votes with 19,000 votes left. Biden has been winning mail-in votes in Georgia by nearly a 2-to-1 margin, which would be enough to give Biden a narrow win in the state.Conversely, Trump won over 62% of the Election Day vote in Georgia. Because those ballots were first to be reported, Trump racked up a sizable lead in Georgia. A similar situation in Pennsylvania took place. In Pennsylvania, Trump won the Election Day vote by a 2-to-1 margin, but trailed the mail-in vote by a 3-to-1 margin.
