The Oklahoma teacher walkout is ending after nine days, Oklahoma Education Association President Alicia Priest said Thursday.After getting 9 million in funding for the next school year, the OEA decided to end the walkout, Priest said in a news conference, though the funding falls short of what they'd hoped to achieve."We need to face reality," Priest told reporters. The National Basketball Association postponed Wednesday's season opener against the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder due to the Rockets not having enough players to play due to COVID-19.The league said that three Rockets players had COVID-19 tests come back that were positive or inconclusive.
