CAIRO — Egypt's state TV says the country's former President Hosni Mubarak, ousted in the 2011 Arab Spring uprising, has died at 91. The TV says Mubarak died at a Cairo hospital where he had recently undergone surgery. The report said he had health complications but offered no other details. British Prime Minister Theresa May has formally requested a delay to the country's departure from the European Union and blamed UK lawmakers for failing to pass her Brexit deal.After promising on scores of occasions that Brexit would take place on March 29, May finally bowed to the inevitable and asked the EU to extend the divorce process.But in a stern statement in Downing Street on Wednesday evening, May blamed the delay on Members of Parliament for failing to back her deal. At a briefing by the White House's coronavirus task force, Sec. of State Mike Pompeo said that the U.S. and Mexico have agreed to end all non-essential travel between the border of the two countries.The agreement is similar to one with Canada that was announced earlier this week. ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — The eldest son of President Donald Trump has received a permit to hunt and kill a grizzly bear in Alaska. Officials said Monday that Donald Trump Jr. was granted the permit to hunt north and east of Nome later this year. Trump applied for one of 27 licenses designated for out-of-state residents in the Nome area.
