Jon Radus on Thursday told The Associated Press that 51-year-old Chuyen Vo was arrested Wednesday night at his home in Huntington Beach. Vo is suspected in the death of a former co-worker, 57-year-old Steven Shek Keung Chan. Police would not elaborate on the work relationship between the two men.Chan worked as the director of budget and finance and student services for university extended education but retired in 2017. (KGTV and AP) — The body of a woman found in a shallow Northern California grave may be an aspiring model and actress from Macedonia who vanished in Los Angeles last month, authorities said.The Nevada County Sheriff's Office said the body found Tuesday has not been identified. Los Angeles Police said they believe the remains are those of 25-year-old Adea Shabani, KABC reported. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.Sheriff's Lt. Rob Bringolf said Los Angeles police detectives searching for Shabani led investigators to the grave 56 miles (90 kilometers) north of Sacramento. Shabani was last seen in Hollywood on Feb. 23.An acquaintance of Shabani's fatally shot himself in the head last week. The California Highway Patrol said 33-year-old Chris Spotz led officers on a Southern California vehicle pursuit that ended with his death in Riverside County. GRANT COUNTY, Ind. -- Two people are dead after two small planes crashed at an airport in Grant County Monday evening in Central Indiana.The crash happened around 5 p.m. at the Marion Municipal Airport off in Marion. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a single-engine Cessna 150 collided on the ground with a Cessna 525 CitationJet. Preliminary investigation indicates that the Cessna 150 was attempting to take off at 5:09 p.m. when it struck the tail of the Citation, which had just landed. "The airport in Marion does not have an air traffic control tower," the FAA said in a statement. "Pilots using the field are expected to announce their intentions on a common radio frequency and to coordinate with one another while on the ground and in the traffic pattern."The Cessna 150 was carrying two people and the Citation had five passengers on board. Grant County Coroner Chris Butche says two people were killed in the crash."FAA investigators are on their way to the scene, and the National Transportation Safety Board has been notified," the FAA said in a statement to RTV6.
