SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego police are looking for a man accused of committing a lewd act in the Morena neighborhood.The incident happened on Aug. 12, shortly before 4:30 p.m. A home security camera caught the man stopping on the sidewalk and engaging in the lewd act as he crept near a woman that was gardening outside her home.Police say the woman had her back turned to the man, and she never knew he was there."He was within maybe four or five feet at the time," the woman's husband, Jeremy Pritchett, said. "That's frightening about the situation, someone can creep up to you within 4 feet, and you have no idea."A car drove by, and Pritchett said it scared the man away. Pritchett was home at the time but didn't know what had happened until a few minutes after the man took off. He found out after looking through his security camera footage.San Diego police officers say they have identified the man in the video, and they are going to issue a warrant for his arrest. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Lifeguards responded to two reported shark sightings off Scripps Beach Friday morning.San Diego Fire-Rescue Department officials said the first report came from a surfer at the beach -- located between La Jolla Shores and Ellen Browning Scripps Memorial Pier -- at around 10:30 a.m. As of 4 p.m., there were no additional sightings and the advisory for beachgoers had been lifted from La Jolla Shores beach.The surfer told lifeguards she was about 100 yards from the beach and within the surf line when she saw a six-foot shark “that was not acting aggressively and was heading north,” according to SDFD officials.Lifeguards patrolled the area where the share was seen but did not locate it.SDFD officials also said another surfer told lifeguards of a shark in the area that was also about six feet in length.Lifeguards at the beach are informing beachgoers of the sightings and posted warning signs on the beach.SDFD officials said no city beaches were closed.The sightings come one day after at least three sharks were seen in the waters off Torrey Pines State Beach. 1107

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police announced Tuesday the arrest of a man suspected of sexually assaulting an elderly woman in a nursing home in Hillcrest. Detectives took Lusean Arline, 48, into custody Monday for the crime which occurred Oct. 27. Police did not release the name of the nursing home, but administrators with Balboa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center confirmed with 10News the attack happened in their facility.Police said the 88-year-old victim was inside the nursing home when Arline illegally entered the facility. He sexually assaulted the woman, who was in her bed, officers said. San Diego Police Sex Crimes Unit investigators collected evidence at the scene, including male DNA which was processed by the Crime Lab and loaded into the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS). SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Police are searching for a woman they say robbed a San Diego Wells Fargo bank. According to police, the woman entered the bank on the 9200 block of Miramar Road just before 6 p.m. Thursday. Police say the woman demanded money from the teller, who handed the suspect an unknown amount of cash.
