SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) - An emotional reunion for a woman in Spring Valley with the first responders who helped save her after a crash. Megan Carbonell was reunited Monday with several of the paramedics with the San Miguel Fire Department. They were first on the scene in September of 2017 when she was struck by a driver while crossing Cristobal Drive wither her daughter.
