The students-turned-activists who survived a mass shooting at their Florida high school last month are featured on the glossy cover of Time magazine.The magazine on Thursday revealed the cover of its April 2 issue, which features Marjory Stoneman Douglas students who are leading the national conversation about gun control in the wake of the Valentine's Day shooting that claimed the lives of 17 students and faculty members.Emma González, David Hogg, Cameron Kasky, Alex Wind and Jaclyn Corin all appear on the cover, with the word "ENOUGH," written in bold letters and imposed across the image. The University of Florida issued a statement of apology on Sunday, one day after several black students were removed from the stage by a white faculty member during the university's commencement. Video of the incident showed the graduates celebrating their walk down the graduation aisle by dancing, when the usher grabbed the students. University of Florida President W. The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, the week of Oct. 12. That’s according to three people familiar with the schedule.The panel plans to start the hearing with opening statements on Monday, Oct. 12, and continue with two days of questioning. The hearings are scheduled to end on Thursday, Oct. 15 with statements from outside groups.The people were granted anonymity to discuss the schedule before it is officially announced.The hearings will come less than a month from the Nov. 3 presidential election.
