The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced the new policy late Thursday. Airline passengers from the United Kingdom will have to test negative for COVID-19 within three days of their flight. Average rates on long-term mortgages continue to fall to new record lows, as the key 30-year loan dropped below 3% for the first time in 50 years.
