BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- China is ready to work with Laos to open up a new stage and write a new chapter for the relations between the two parties and the two countries in the new era, said General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday.
