Federal officials are searching for a Detroit man charged in United States District Court for allegedly putting a GPS devices under his ex-girlfriend's vehicle.According to federal court documents, Shawn Kelly Thomason was charged with stalking in the Minnesota federal court. Officials asked that he be detained because of a danger to the community and a flight risk. Fourteen teens and young adults have been hospitalized in Wisconsin and Illinois for breathing problems potentially linked to vaping, health officials in both states announced Friday.In Wisconsin, severe lung disease has sent 11 people to the hospital, according to the state's Department of Health Services. FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A Florida man is accused of repeatedly cutting brakes on electric scooters. The Fort Lauderdale Police Department has been investigating the vandalism of more than 140 scooters in the city since April. Police say a majority of the incidents occurred near the 1200 block of East Broward Boulevard and all included severed brake lines. On Sunday, police say they arrested a suspect, 59-year-old Randall Williams, who was caught in the act of tampering with several scooters.
