Steven Weber and Kenesha Antoine were staying in a wooden cabin with a bedroom submerged beneath the surface of the water off the east coast of Africa when the incident occurred. According to CNN, Weber proposed Thursday by swimming underwater, holding a handwritten note against one of the bedrooms windows. "I can't hold my breath long enough to tell you everything I love about you. BUT...Everything I love about you I love more EVERY DAY,” the note read in part.
