The Idaho Lottery launched what’s being billed as “a first of its kind” Scratch Game Wednesday, by introducing a clear plastic scratch ticket. The new game, called “Cash Getaway,” is 100% recyclable, Lottery officials said. “The Idaho Lottery has a long history of being on the forefront of cutting-edge technology,” said Lottery Director Jeff Anderson. “Idaho is a unique geographic marketplace that is ideal for trying new products and new innovations that will eventually lead to introduction in other jurisdictions around the country.”Players can actually see through the ticket. In the clear play game, located on the top half of the ticket, players scratch and reveal a unique code for use with their mobile device or PC.  The bottom half of the ticket plays like a traditional Scratch ticket.  Players without access to a mobile device or a computer can still play the new game. Each ticket features the Lottery’s security bar code which may be scanned at retail locations to collect their winnings. The new game will be available in retail stores throughout Idaho by the end of the week, Anderson added.  The new five-dollar game also features two top prizes of ,000 –- awarded either in cash payment or as a luxurious “vacation of a lifetime." The photographer whose photo of an engagement in Yosemite National Park sparked a viral manhunt, says he's found the mystery couple.Matthew Dippel was getting ready to take a picture of a friend at Yosemite's Taft Point earlier this month, when he saw a man get on one knee to propose to a woman.He didn't see any other photographers around, so he snapped a picture of the moment to give to the couple.Dippel ran over to find them, but they were gone by the time he got there."I must have just ran right past their friends that they had up there with them," he said.Dippel was in the middle of a road trip, but he posted the photo on social media when he got home to Grand Rapids, Michigan on October 17.The posts were shared thousands of times by people all over the world.Charlie Bear told HLN that he and his now-fiance Melissa stumbled on the post on Instagram last week."At first, I wasn't really sure it was us to be honest," Bear said. And so, we come into 2020 and it's a completely different landscape right now, and honestly, we don't know what to expect yet," says Dr. Craig Sawchuck, a clinical psychologist with the Mayo Clinic.Dr. Sawchuck says there is some speculation that seasonal depression rates could increase this year."Kind of think about it like people are operating at a deficit right now. With the number of stressors that have been going on in 2020, just the erosion effect has been wearing folks down, so maybe folks that have struggled with winter blues in the past, so maybe not full-blown seasonal depression but winter blues, you layer in the erosion effect with the stress and maybe that's going to put them more in the range of depression," says Dr. Sawchuck.Social isolation from the pandemic and any unhealthy habits that might normally form in the winter months could exacerbate seasonal depression."Energy goes down, we want to sleep more, there's that urge for carbohydrate cravings, increased weight gain and socially pulling back or withdrawing," says Dr. Sawchuck.Experts say if you suffer from winter blues or seasonal depression, there are things you can do to try and boost your mood."Seasonal depression and treatment during this time is a little tricky. Some of the things we would recommend are hindered by COVID-19, especially with the escalating rates. The jury in the trial of former Donald Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort did not reach a verdict after its first full day of deliberations.Just before 5 p.m. ET, jurors sent a note to Judge T.S. Ellis with four questions, including one asking him if he could "redefine" for them the meaning of "reasonable doubt," the legal threshold for acquitting a defendant. Ellis responded that the prosecutors had to prove their case not "beyond possible doubt," but beyond "doubt based on reason."Jurors also asked questions related to Manafort's tax filing and foreign bank account disclosure charges, including when a person is required to file a foreign banking disclosure, and the definition of "shelf" companies.
