PARK COUNTY, Colo. — A California church leader was identified as a man found dead off Guanella Pass, Colorado, in 1974, officials announced on Tuesday.Anthony John Armbrust, who led a metaphysical church and was also an aeronautical engineer, was 45 when he and his wife went missing, according to David Kintz, the Park County coroner.Kintz said Armbrust's death was likely a suicide. His remains were first discovered in February 1974, but the case went cold.After identifying Armbrust through forensic genetic genealogy, investigators learned that Armbrust had been suffering from a terminal illness and that he and his wife, Renee, had moved from the San Diego, Calif., area to Golden, Colorado, near Denver.Armbrust then sent his church members a letter, asking them to come collect he and his wife's belongings from their Golden apartment. PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A nursing assistant in Pasco County, Florida was arrested after allegedly molesting a disabled female who she was tasked with caring for.Christina Nappo is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly person.She was caring for an elderly and disabled woman described as having serious brain trauma and the mentality of a 10-year-old.She is accused of committing inappropriate acts with a shower head. Deputies say that being a CNA, Nappo reasonably knew the victim either lacked the ability to give consent or failed to give consent.She is also accused of teaching another CNA how to do the same thing.Nappo was arrested without incident and taken to Land O' Lakes detention facility. 742

PHOENIX— A man is accused of doing dozens of beer runs at Valley Circle K locations since late last year.Phoenix police report that on Aug. 15 they arrested 45-year-old Larry Pinkney for 60 thefts at two Circle K stores in south Phoenix. Police say from November 2017 until Aug. 15 of this year, Pinkney stole cases of Budweiser and Bud Light from Circle K. Nearly all of the thefts were from the store near 24th Street and Southern Avenue. Surveillance pictures and video allegedly show Pinkney taking the beer from the stores in each of the incidents. Police say during each incident he carried the beer in the same way and exited in the same direction. In many of the burglaries, he wore the same clothes. Upon his arrest, Pinkney reportedly told police that he sells the beer for a case. Circle K reports the total loss at over ,500.Pinkney has been charged with 60 counts of theft. 945

(KGTV) -- Thursday, the world’s first autonomous robotic kitchen assistant, Flippy, made its debut.Flippy will begin working alongside kitchen staff at CaliBurger’s Pasadena location.Flippy will, of course, be flipping burger patties and removing them from the grill.The robotic arm was created by Miso Robotics, a company that specializes in robotics and artificial intelligence solutions.The company also developed Miso AI, a cloud-connected learning platform that powers the robotic arms.The technology can detect when the raw burger patties are places on the grill and monitors each one as it cooks.Miso AI displays cooking time and alerts staff when it’s time to place the cheese on top of the patty or dress the burger. 755

Of the 25 complaints of potential polling place or Election Day concerns the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office received by noon ET on Tuesday, 21 were already resolved.In a press release, they said the vast majority of complaints were about alleged interference, like a polling place being partially blocked by construction or members of the press.The Philadelphia District Attorney responded on social media to a concern shared by Trump’s Election Day operations director.“Members of our Election Task Force have investigated this allegation.
