President Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana doesn't think he should run for reelection in 2020. In an interview with Page Six, Ivana Trump said her ex-husband should instead enjoy his fortunes. “I’ll tell you something, I don’t think it’s necessary,” she told Page Six. “He has a good life and he has everything. Donald is going to be 74, 73 for the next [election] and maybe he should just go and play golf and enjoy his fortune."Ivana Trump was married to Donald from 1977 to 1992. The couple had three children: Eric, Donald Jr. and Ivanka. Despite being divorced for 26 years, Ivana remains in close contact with the President, saying they talk at least once a month. Ivana Trump believes her ex-husband probably misses some of the freedoms he had before entering the White House. "I don’t think he probably knew how much is involved of being the President," she told Page Six. "It’s so [much] information — you have to know the whole world.”Ivana Trump added during the interview that she feels for Trump's current wife Melania as speculation swirls around Trump's sex life, and his alleged relationship with porn star Stormy Daniels. "I feel bad for [Melania] because I know how bad I did feel. It hurts a lot,” she told Page Six.During their 15-year marriage, Ivana said she never suspected Donald of cheating on her. “Donald was always in the office and coming home, so I had no idea how he had the time to cheat,” she told Page Six. To see the full interview, click here.  1564

RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) -- A San Diego County gym owner has been charged with several misdemeanors for violating public health orders, according to the District Attorney’s Office.According to the DA, Peter San Nicolas, owner of Ramona Fitness Center, is facing five charges for “violation of California emergency services act.”According to the document, each of the misdemeanors carry a ,000 fine. The complaint states that from June 2 through July 17, San Nicolas “did refuse and willfully neglect to obey a lawful order.”San Nicolas says he violated the orders because he felt it was the right thing to do. He is getting legal help to fight the charges."It's about all businesses; small businesses like the salon across the street, the coffee shop down the road, the couple of new restaurants that have opened and are struggling." San Nicolas said. "It's not about me anymore. It's about all small business, and I feel it's my duty to stand up.""We understand and sympathize with the significant hardship placed on businesses who are required to remain closed. But public health orders are in place to safeguard the health of everyone in our community amid this deadly pandemic,” the District Attorney’s office said.“Along with our law enforcement partners, we work with businesses to give them opportunities to achieve voluntary compliance. But when the public health order is ignored and the law is broken, the public's health is at risk and we will file charges,” a statement continued. The move marks the first time the office has filed charges over the public health order. 1586

President Trump's trade war threat drove the Dow lower for the second straight day.The Dow fell as much as 391 points on Friday, but it recovered most of those losses and finished down 71. The Nasdaq and the S&P 500 both ended with modest gains after falling 1% earlier in the day.The sell-off began Thursday after Trump announced that his administration would impose a 25% tariff on steel imports and a 10% tariff on aluminum. Trump has not said whether some countries would be excluded from the tariffs. For the market, "this really could be something new and worse than we have seen so far," said Brad McMillan, chief investment officer at Commonwealth Financial Network.  691

President Donald Trump spoke about a bunch of subjects at his White House press briefing on Wednesday.President Trump and his Coronavirus adviser Scott Atlas spoke to the media about COVID-19 vaccines' availability, which should be made available relatively soon, Trump and Atlas said."Within the first 24 hours of the FDA's approval under emergency use, we will have vaccines delivered within the first 24 hours," Atlas said. "And it will be done at virtually no cost to Americans. And the terms of the dosage, there will be -- it is anticipated that no later than January all the top priority people will have received the vaccine or can receive the vaccine."Atlas said 700 million doses would be available for distribution by the end of Q1.When asked if he was ready to sign off on the Oracle-TikTok deal, Trump said that there were still studies being done that he had not looked at, so he wasn't prepared to sign-off on anything."We need to see the deal," Trump said. "We need security, especially with what we've seen with respect to China and what's going on. We need security. They'll be reporting to me Thursday morning, and we'll let you know."Trump was thrilled to hear about the news that the Big Ten Conference would be playing football this season. He even encouraged the Pac-12 to play this season, even though they said they wouldn't play due to COVID-19 concerns."I want to recommend that the Pac-12 also get going because there's no reason why the Pac-12 shouldn't be playing now," Trump said. "I want to recommend to the Pac-12, you're the only one now, open up. Open up, Pac-12. Get going. I said the same thing to Big Ten, and they did. And now I'm saying it to Pac-12. You have time. You really have time right now. Get going."Trump also mentioned that one staffer at the White House has tested positive for the virus, but clarified that the staff member had not contacted him."I have people tested when people come into the Oval Office, Trump said during the briefing. "It is like a big deal no matter who they are. Heads of countries they all get tested. I'm in sort of a different position. Maybe if I weren't in that position, I would be wearing it more. But I wear masks, and I like to wear than when I'm in hospitals. Not for me as so much for other people." 2294

Recreational marijuana is now legal in Michigan after voters passed Proposal 1 during the midterm elections on Tuesday. The proposal was one of the most-talked-about issues on the ballot. It allows anyone 21 and older to legally carry 2.5 ounces of marijuana. “Obviously the results of today’s election were not what we hoped for. It is important to note that more Michiganders voted no on Proposal 18.1 than on the other two proposals," a spokesperson for Healthy and Productive Michigan said. The group was against proposal 1."While our side lost tonight, it is important to recognize the level of responsibility that now rests on the shoulders of those who have voted Yes," the spokesperson said. Michigan is now the 10th state in the United States and Washington D.C. that has legalized pot, but marijuana is still illegal when it comes to federal agencies.Anyone 21 and older living or visiting the state will be able to buy, possess and use marijuana and/or marijuana-infused edibles in the state. They can also grow up to 12 marijuana plants in their homes for personal use.The restrictions on that include a 10-ounce limit for marijuana kept at home and anything over 2.5 ounces to be in a locked container. There would also be a state licensing system through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, which would cost the state millions of dollars to create. It would also be subject to a 10 percent excise tax for implementation costs, clinical trials, schools, roads and more.According to a report from the non-partisan Senate Fiscal Agency, recreational marijuana could bring 2 million in tax revenue by 2023.The plan would also change some marijuana-related crimes to civil infractions. 1734
