LUMBERTON, N.C. (AP) — The FBI says a body has been found in an area of North Carolina where searchers have been looking for a missing teenager for three weeks.A news release Tuesday said FBI agents and detectives of the Lumberton Police Department found the body around 4:45 p.m. near a road east of Interstate 95 and south of Lumberton.Officials would not say immediately if the body found was that of 13-year-old Hania Aguilar, who was kidnapped Nov. 5 from a mobile home park after going outside to start a relative's SUV to prepare to leave for the school bus stop. Police say a man then forced the teenager into an SUV and drove off.The SUV was later found in Lumberton, several miles from the mobile home park. 725

MICHIGAN — Six Detroit-area doctors were charged with fraudulent health care billing and unlawful prescribing of opioids, according to a federal indictment.The defendants, identified as Rajendra Bothra, Eric Backos, Gainu Edu, David Lewis, Christopher Russo and Ronald Kufner, each played different roles at different times, the indictment said. Over the course of the conspiracy, the defendants allegedly submitted claims for more than 2.5 million to Medicare, 2.6 million to Medicaid and .2 million to Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan for services and equipment that was medically unnecessary, not eligible for reimbursement and/or not provided as represented.According to the indictment, the defendants issued more than 13,217,987 dosage units of Schedule II opioids, including Oxycontin, Percocet and Vicodin.The scheme, beginning in January 2013, was operated at three clinics: The Pain Center located in Eastpointe and Warren and the Interventional Pain Center in Warren. Lyft, one of the largest ride-sharing apps on the market, is offering some select riders the chance to join all-you-can ride subscription services.“We’re always testing new ways to provide passengers the most affordable and flexible transportation options,” a Lyft spokesperson told The Verge. “For the past few months, we’ve been testing a variety of All-Access Plans for Lyft passengers.”On Friday morning social media users began sharing screen shots of their invites on Friday morning.The offers vary from user to user, but the most common plan being offered costs 0 a month. In exchange, the riders receive 30 free rides. Others received invites to pay 0 for 60 free rides. In all cases, "free" meant rides of or less. MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico’s medical safety commission has approved the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for the coronavirus.Assistant Health Secretary Hugo López-Gatell said Friday that Mexico is the fourth country to do so, behind Britain, Canada, and Bahrain.Mexico is set to receive 250,000 doses of the vaccine, enough for 125,000 people.López-Gatel has said that front-line health workers will get the shots first. Vaccinations are expected to begin as soon as next week.López-Gatel says the approval “is, of course, a reason for hope,” though the initial rounds of shots are not nearly enough for Mexico’s health-care workforce. 654
