Throughout the filming of the pilot, I experienced Racial Discrimination/Racially Charged inappropriate comments from the hair department and bullying from Executive Producers. During the Season, it continued along with Sexual Harassment from a recurring guest star and the racist commentary & bullying from the Hair Dept. Head escalated into Sexual Assault at our Wrap party.The Sexual Harassment though reported directly to the Showrunner/EP remained undocumented and was not reported to HR as promised. The Hair Dept. Head was fired ONLY after the sexual assault and NOT for an entire year of outward racism/racially charged language and bullying behavior in and out of the Hair and Makeup trailer. HR protocol was never adhered to following the above reports given by me to my Showrunner/EP and an investigation was never issued for any of my claims. The only time I was asked to participate in an investigation was after a meeting I called in June following our Season 2 announcement. This meeting included the Showrunner and two other producers as well as my agent and SAG-AFTRA Union Rep. It was clear to all present in the meeting that the Showrunner had not shared my reports with the any of the producers. After my initial report of sexual harassment, I was assured that the actor would be fired. I was also asked to film with him the very next day as a courtesy to the script, even though we had not begun filming the episode yet. This actor reappeared on our call sheet at the end of the season, I was even written in scenes with him. I asked the Showrunner about this and he admitted to me that the actor had not been fired nor had he gotten HR involved. I was asked to return this season, and promised that “everything was handled.” The investigation hadn’t even begun and Season 2 had already started filming. I turned it down and I walked. Now is the best time in the world to be a woman and I have a platform so it’s time to use my Voice. Strength comes from within. "This is 170 pounds of twisted steel and sex appeal."That's what Jeffrey Mattox wrote with a selfie he posted on Facebook on January 25.The problem is Mattox is a federal inmate housed at Lackawanna County Prison and he is not supposed to have a cell phone."It's scary, it's actually scary because they're in there for a reason, they're not in there to play around and how that cell phone got in there, that is the question,” said Colleen Mowery of Carbondale, Pennsylvania.Mattox posted other pictures of himself, which appear to be snapped inside the prison.Lackawanna County officials say there is an investigation underway and contraband has been seized, but they will not say more than that.Mattox, who is locked up on drug and assault charges, regularly chatted with friends and family here, telling them to call him or even video chat.He gave out his cell phone number, too.When a reporter ried to call it, there was a message that the subscriber we dialed was not in service.We spoke with one man who has spent time locked up in Lackawanna County."My reaction was like, 'Wow, how could that happen?' like, I mean, I see stuff going through the jail all the time, but a phone? It's crazy. But he had a meltdown on a United Airlines flight from San Diego to Houston.That was when the aircraft's crew and passengers came together to help him.The boy's mother, Lori Gabriel of Cypress, Texas, told CNN that Braysen removed his seat belt just before takeoff, saying he wanted to sit on the floor."It was impossible to restrain him. He was fighting both me and his father. It took the both of us to try to get him back to his chair and get his seat belt back on. He started kicking, screaming and hitting," said Gabriel. "That's when a flight attendant came over and told us the flight couldn't take off until he's seated."RELATED: A boy with autism was crying on the first day of school. A new friend stepped in to help"I told her the boy has autism, we're trying, give us a minute."The flight attendant walked away, while Gabriel was still trying to keep the boy on his seat. (CNN) -- At least four people were shot dead and two others were wounded Thursday in Los Angeles before the gunman was captured, authorities said.Gerry Dean Zaragoza, 26, killed his father and brother at their home, fatally wounded a woman he knew at a gas station and shot a man on a bus who died, police said.There is no obvious motive for any of the killings, said Capt. William Hayes of the Robbery-Homicide Division of the Los Angeles Police Department."We're evaluating it, we're interviewing witnesses but we can't come up with a specific answer," he told reporters.Hayes said the shootings began at about 1:20 a.m. in Canoga Park when Zaragoza shot his parents and brother. Zaragoza's father and brother were killed and his mother injured, Officer Greg Kraft said.About an hour later, Zaragoza went to a gas station in North Hollywood, where he shot a woman and a man who were working there, Hayes said.Hayes said Zaragoza knew the woman previously. She died at a hospital. Hayes said the man survived; police had said earlier that the victim was in critical condition.Police also think Zaragoza is responsible for an attempted robbery near an ATM at a bank and for a fatal shooting on a bus at a stop in Van Nuys."He didn't do anything.
