COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) — A judge has put on hold a U.S. plan to quarantine up to 50 people infected with a new virus from China in a Southern California city. Costa Mesa officials asked for a court to intervene Friday after learning that federal authorities planned to move patients to facility in the city as early as Sunday. (KMGH) – Colorado Springs police say a woman has repeatedly done her businesses in people’s yards over the past several weeks.A witness snapped photos of the female runner, who has apparently been caught treating people’s yards as toilets on several occasions since July.The latest instance happened at a house in the Pine Creek neighborhood, near Briargate Parkway. Claire Foy, the actress who starred as Queen Elizabeth II in the Netflix series "The Crown" was paid less for her Golden Globe-winning performance than supporting actor Matt Smith, according to Variety.The entertainment publication cites the CEO, creative director and production designer of Left Bank Pictures, the company that produced "The Crown" for Netflix.Smith, who played Queen Elizabeth II's husband Prince Phillip, was reportedly paid more because of his previous work as the lead role the hit TV show Doctor Who — a move which producers say will not happen on "The Crown" in the future."Going forward, no one gets paid more than the Queen," said Suzanne Mackie, the creative director for Left Bank according to Variety.That won't mean much for Foy, as her run as Queen Elizabeth II ended after the most recent season of "The Crown." Smith will also not return as Prince Phillip, though it has not been announced who will take his place.Foy won the Golden Globe in 2017 for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama," in 2017, and was nominated for the award again in 2018. Coca-Cola will soon be giving Japanese consumers a new kind of buzz.In a departure from its traditional soda business, Coke plans to launch an alcoholic drink in Japan this year. It's trying to get in on the growing market for "chu-hi" -- canned, flavored drinks typically made with sparkling water and shochu, a Japanese spirit distilled from grains.The new drink is a "highly Japan-specific approach given the complexity and richness" of Coke's range of products in the country, Coke spokesperson Yohko Okabe told CNN on Wednesday.The company declined to give further details on the plans, but in a recent blog post, the president of Coca-Cola Japan said the drink would be "unique" in Coke's history."We haven't experimented in the low alcohol category before," Jorge Gardu?o said in the post.The storied soft drinks company is set to enter a crowded market. Big Japanese beverage makers like Kirin and Suntory already produce popular "chu-hi" drinks.Brewing up an alcoholic beverage is just Coke's latest Japanese experiment.The country is one of the company's most competitive and fast changing markets. It says it launches about 100 new products there every year.Other big global brands have tried unusual things to cater to Japanese consumers' palates. CLAY COUNTY, Tennessee — Three people were shot Monday morning at a residence in Clay County, Tennessee, where a school bus driver pulled up to the scene and provided aid.The incident was reported at a home on Crabtree Creek Road and North Fork Road in Whitleyville. A school bus driver called 9-1-1 after he or she pulled up to a stop and realized there had been an incident in the home. Initial reports indicated that the shooting happened on a school bus. However, Clay County School officials confirmed the incident did not happen on the bus. The bus driver gave aid to at least one person in the home.  At least two of the victims were airlifted to Nashville for treatment. A third person was transported by ambulance. 756
