Special counsel Robert Mueller's team said Friday that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lied on five major issues after agreeing to cooperate with prosecutors, including his "contact with administration officials."In a heavily-redacted document released Friday, Mueller's team also said Manafort lied about his interactions with Konstantin Kilimnik, his Russian associate who Mueller has said has ties to the Russian military intelligence unit accused of hacking the Democrats, and how they may have worked together to tampered with witnesses following Manafort's arrest last year.The investigators say they have evidence about electronic communications related to Kilimnik and travel records. Much of the details the prosecutors released to the court Friday were redacted in the public version of the document.The special counsel believes Manafort also lied about a wire transfer made to a firm he had hired and "information pertinent to another Department of Justice investigation."The special counsel's office last week accused Manafort of lying during his interviews, saying that his actions during his cooperation were criminal and breached his plea agreement.The filing is the first time prosecutors have summarized why and how they believe Manafort breached his plea agreement. Previously, the prosecutors simply told a federal judge Manafort "committed federal crimes by lying" to the FBI and special counsel's office during his cooperation interviews "on a variety of subject matters."Manafort says he has been truthful over several meetings with the special counsel's office. The goal is 10 laps a day, or 500 meters, around the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay courtyard."The physical therapy we do here it's very modern, very sophisticated, and it's giving Fred hope," said Amaral.Fred and his mom are from Brazil. They have spent more than 600 nights at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay since 2012, as Fred receives treatment for cerebral palsy. The goal is to one day walk on his own."That's our dream, that's our goal, that's what we envision every night, we envision walking freely on the beach," said Amaral.The family said Ronald McDonald House has been there for them every step of the way and now they want to return the favor. (AP) -- A North Carolina man who won a million lottery prize in 2017 has been arrested on a murder charge in the killing of a woman whose body was found at a hotel.The Shallotte Police Department charged 52-year-old Michael Todd Hill of Leland, with murder after the body of 23-year-old Keonna Graham was found Monday in a hotel room in the Brunswick County town.WECT-TV reports that Hill won million from an Ultimate Millions scratch-off ticket in August 2017.A cousin of Graham described her as as a generous, loving and adventurous young woman who enjoyed hiking and bicycle rides. 616

Several community activists gathered Friday to speak about a Kansas City, Missouri, officer’s arrest of a woman who was nine months pregnant.KCPD said the woman was interfering with another arrest, and that’s why they took her into custody.The woman’s attorney, Stacy Shaw, said the officers arrested her client because they were unhappy she was videotaping them at a gathering for a balloon release.Video circulated on social media of the arrest. It shows the woman face down on the ground with an officer appearing to kneel on her back.The woman was taken to the hospital and has since been discharged.Shaw on Friday said her client is still in pain and can’t walk. Her unborn child is OK, though it remains unclear if she will experience complications related to the arrest, Shaw said.Shaw and other activists present called for the arresting officer and KCPD Chief of Police Rick Smith to be terminated.The group repeated calls for action from KCMO Mayor Quinton Lucas.Among the speakers Friday was Troy Robertson, who said he was present Wednesday when KCPD arrived at East 35th Street and Prospect Avenue and “harassed” the group gathered there, asking them to disperse.Robertson, who police said the owner previously had banned from the property, is the person police were attempting to arrest when the pregnant woman and others allegedly interfered, according to a KCPD spokesman.KCPD said Thursday that the business owner called them to the scene after a fight in the parking lot and asked them to make non-customers leave the premises.Robertson said he “doesn’t see color, only beautiful lives,” and that everyone should be held accountable for their actions. Seven people, including four children, have been found dead in a rural property in Western Australia, in what's believed to be the country's worst mass shooting in more than two decades.Officers were called to a residential property in Osmington, around 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of state capital Perth, in the early hours of Friday morning, where the seven bodies were discovered, said Western Australia Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.Police arrived at the property following a call from "'male person' connected to the property" shortly after 5:00 a.m. local time (5 p.m. Thursday ET), national broadcaster ABC reported.Five bodies were found inside the house, and the other two outside, close to the property. Dawson described the incident as a "tragedy" and "horrific incident."Police were treating the incident as a murder-suicide, according to ABC."It appears that gunshot wounds are there, but I don't want to go further than that... two firearms have been located," Commissioner Dawson said, according to the ABC.The ABC is reporting that it is Australia's worst mass-shooting since 1996's Port Arthur massacre, in which a lone gunman killed 35 people with a military-style semiautomatic rifle.The massacre, in Australia's southern island state of Tasmania, was the last straw for Australians, following a decade of gun massacres which had left more than 100 people dead.Just 12 days after the Port Arthur shooting, the government of Prime Minister John Howard announced nationwide gun law reform, by far the most popular initiative of his first year as Australian leader.In Friday's incident, police statement said there were "no concerns about wider public safety."Police say they are unable to share any other details and are currently looking for next of kin and friends to notify.  1816
