(KGTV) - The SAT college entrance exam given to thousands of high school students across the United States may have been leaked in Asia ahead of Saturday's test, the Los Angeles Times reported.High school junior Huzail Hassan of Rancho Cucamonga received a text from a friend who said the College Board, which administers the exam, reused a test from last fall, the LA Times reported.“I checked on Twitter and so many people had taken screenshots,” Hassan told the LA Times. “I looked it up and it was the same exam. A 73-year-old woman who was struck by a stray bullet while sitting in her kitchen has died.Investigators say the bullet entered her home off Dunn Road in Riley Township, Michigan on Sunday afternoon.Detectives told Scripps station WXYZ in Detroit a neighbor was shooting target practice at the time. They believe he may have missed a large pile of dirt he was trying to hit.They have seized at least two rifles from his home.The woman was rushed to the hospital where she later died.Her name is not being released. Charges may come as early as Monday morning.  598

A big winner in this year's election was the marijuana industry, as five states approved some form of legalization.Mississippi approved it for medicinal use. Arizona, Montana and New Jersey approved it for recreational use. South Dakota approved it for both and became the first state to approve both forms of marijuana in the same election.The Drug Policy Alliance says it never expected the support in some states, but hopes it sends a message to lawmakers in Washington D.C.“It doesn’t just stop at marijuana reform,” said Matt Sutton with the Drug Policy Alliance. “People are really seeing drugs as being something that shouldn’t be criminalized in the U.S. and they definitely took that with them to the ballot box.”Changes could happen on the federal level. (KGTV) - The developer of the proposed Newland Sierra project is promising to prioritize 500 new homes to first responders, military, veterans and teachers. The commitment was enough to earn the controversial development the endorsement of San Diego Police Officers Association on Monday. It's the third major public safety organization to endorse the plan, which heads to voters countywide in March. CalFire Local 2881 and the San Diego County Deputy Sheriff's Association are already backing the project. "Projects like this that are building those middle-income houses, especially the ones that prioritize us, we're going to support them," said Jack Schaeffer, president of the Police Officers Association. Newland Sierra calls for 2,135 new homes in supply starved San Diego County. The County Board of Supervisors approved the project in September 2018, but a group of nearby residents and the Golden Door Spa nearby gathered enough signatures to send it to a countywide vote. He said it's only enforceable by the public and government if it's in the resolution that the county Board of Supervisors approved, which is heading to voters.
