ADRIAN, Mich. -- Police are investigating after an 85-year-old man was stabbed to death at a Meijer store in Michigan Wednesday afternoon. The suspect was arrested after a person with a concealed pistol license (CPL) intervened and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.The deadly incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Much of the details surrounding the incident are still being investigated.However, police say the victim was stabbed multiple times in the head and neck, and was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman died of COVID-19 while aboard a Spirit Airlines flight between Las Vegas and Dallas earlier this year, according to USA Today and The Washington Post.According to USA Today, the July 24 flight was diverted to Albuquerque, New Mexico after a member of the flight crew reported that the woman was unresponsive. The woman was pronounced dead on arrival.News of the woman's death was announced Sunday by Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins while giving an update about the virus.
