At the same time, our partnership with Quidel, the industry leader in point-of-care antigen testing, will provide crucial research data that will benefit our members’ communities as well as the entire country.”The Pac-12 said that the Quidel tests are expected to reach Pac-12 athletic departments by the end of the fall. LEMON GROVE (CNS) - The Lemon Grove Goodwill store had to be evacuated today after authorities received a report of a grenade being found.Dispatchers were told around 10:30 a.m. that someone found a possibly-functional grenade at the Goodwill on Broadway near Lemon Grove Avenue, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.The Bomb and Arson Unit went to the store to investigate.A sheriff's department spokesman said he couldn't confirm if the grenade was determined to be live or not, but said investigators had cleared the scene and the store was safe to enter. 584

(KGTV) -- La Mesa Police are searching for several suspects they say robbed three Grossmont High School students at gunpoint.According to the city, the students were walking westbound on Murray Drive just before 1 p.m. Wednesday when a blue Nissan Sentra pulled into a Shell gas station and stopped.The driver of the car got out of the vehicle and demanded money from the students. As the first suspect demanded cash, a passenger in the vehicle pointed a handgun at the victims.After taking money from two of the students, the suspects left the scene.Police described the first suspect as a light-skinned Hispanic man, approximately 17 or 18 years old, with brown eyes, a mustache, and groomed eyebrows.The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18-19 years old, with black wavy hair and light-colored tips.
