A man accused of posing as an attorney in Madison, Tennessee is now facing more charges, according to police documents.Sex crimes detectives have been working for a year to determine if alleged rapist Wayne Willemsen is connected to other sexual assaults. He was just indicted on rape and kidnapping charges stemming from an incident in 2017.Police said he branded himself as an attorney in Madison and used his position to meet his victims. The 43-year-old was accused last March of raping one of his clients. Willemsen was already on the state sex offender registry for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old in Michigan.The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation also charged him several months ago with impersonating an attorney.Detectives said aren't done looking into his behavior and urged anyone who may have been victimized by Willemsen to call the Sex Crimes Section at 615-862-7540 or 615-862-8600. Previous Story: 938

A family has closure on Memorial Day after a missing World War II bomber lost at sea nearly 75 years ago. was discovered near Papua New Guinea thanks to a Scripps Oceanographer and his team.Scott Althaus keeps a replica of the B-24 bomber which became the final resting place for his cousin during World War II."This was done by a professional model builder in Camarillo," Althaus said via Skype from Illinois.Lt. Tom Kelly was the bombardier on the crew "Heaven Can Wait." They were part of the famous squadron known as the "Jolly Rogers."On March 11, 1944, while on a mission to bomb Japanese anti-aircraft batteries around Hansa bay in the South Pacific, the 11 person crew was shot down by enemy fire."My family had been involved in what was then a four-year research project," Althaus said.They gave that research to Project Recover. The group of marine scientists, archeologists, and historians went to work using science and advanced technology to find missing aircraft with servicemen still onboard."It's really easy to look on a map and say, 'hey, x marks the spot.' And it turns out that x could be several square miles,'" said Eric Terrill, Co-Founder of Project Recover and a Scripps OceanographerIn October 2017, Terrill and his team set out on a three-week expedition.  "These robots allow us to do very detailed surveys of the seabed using scanning sonar," he said.After 11 days on the water covering roughly six thousand acres and talking to fishermen, they found the wreckage."It was a mixture of elation and sadness," he said. "It's very humbling knowing this is really a grave site of historical importance."Althaus' cousin was no longer just a name and a face in black and white."For the first time in 74 years, we've seen what his grave looks like and that is a priceless gift," Althaus said.Today, there are still more than 72,000 missing U.S. service members from WWII. "There are stories like this all around the country of an uncle or a father or a grandfather that never returned home," Terrill said. "It's remarkable to think that [families] carry this loss for that many decades and then to actually see it play out is just amazing."Lieutenant Kelly's family has already been in contact with the families of seven other crew members on the plane. A Las Vegas, Nevada woman says she wants out of her apartment lease after a series of unexplained events.Terri Bell says she moved into her Patriots Place Apartment in December 2017 located near Flamingo and Pecos Road. She signed a 12-month lease but soon after she moved in she claims strange things started to happen."At first, I thought maybe it was just my daughter or my grandkids moving through the house," said Bell.Bell says she finally had enough when an object in her apartment moved without explanation. Bell claims a new bottle of bleach came off a shelf and hit a near by wall."It got outrageous, lights were going on and off," said Bell. "Behind the sofa, there's an outlet where sparks flew and fire shout out of it!" explained Bell.Bell enlisted the help of a Catholic priest, a pastor and a paranormal investigator to look into her apartment.KTNV television station in Las Vegas spoke to Pastor Tony Peoples from the Genesis II Christian Center and he confirms he visited the apartment and sensed something was out of the ordinary.Psychic medium Tena Evans along with Paranormal Task Force was contacted to conduct an investigation."Our monitors were hitting max and that is unusual," said Evans.Evans says a team of people inspected the apartment and found evidence of possible paranormal activity."What you do have to be is a skeptic going into a job like this," explained Evans. You just can't assume it's going to be a spirit and you are going to capture it," said Evans.Evans says voice and sound recordings did not capture anything unusual during the investigation."We have to look for electrical problems or certain plumbing problems," said Evans.However, photos taken within the apartment show possible signatures of paranormal evidence, according to Evans."Orbs are sometimes just dust, it can be anything, different lights, whatever is going on," said Evans. "These orbs are big and it is evident that this is not something that the camera or lighting, or dust is creating," said Evans.Evans believes the phenomenon are associated with the land and not the building.KTNV consulted with Mark Hall-Patton, who is the administrator for Clark County Museum and expert on Clark County History about the parcel of land."There wasn't a lot going on," said Hall-Patton about the area going back as far as ancient times.Indigenous people likely avoided the desolate and arid landscape in favor or more accessible water sources and fertile farming land, according to Hall-Patton.Hall-Patton points to maps, satellite views and deeds dating back to 1970 which shows the lot was vacant."It's a fairly anonymous little chunk of land that didn't develop until relatively recently," added Hall-Patton.Hall-Patton says there was no significant historical event that occurred on the property.Bell began using black salt, sage and various types of crystals to keep her unit nice and quiet.Ultimately, Bell would like to move out of her apartment. Contact 13 reviewed the lease and it did not contain an option to break the contract early for her situation.Apartment ownership, Accessible Space, Inc., said there is likely a plausible and mechanical explanation for the strange occurrences. A spokesperson tells KTNV the building is new and still under warranty. Power problems, odors and unfamiliar noises are common in new buildings but management will have the general contractor investigate the claims to make sure everything is in order.The building's ownership says they will work with Bell to make sure she understands her options. 3615

A German cruise line is facing outrage after one of its employees shot and killed a wild polar bear in Norway after the animal attacked another of its employees.Hapag-Lloyd Cruises said its ship was docked at Spitsbergen, the largest island on Norway's Svalbard archipelago, on Saturday when the bear attacked a guard hired to go on shore before passengers to ensure there aren't any polar bears in the area.The guard suffered non-life-threatening head injuries and was airlifted out, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises said in a statement on Facebook. 545
