A man in Gloucester Township, New Jersey who was being booked for an outstanding warrant found himself in even more trouble after deputies said he vomited 32 small bags of heroin last week, the Courier-Post reported. Michael Rosario, 24, was arrested last Thursday after he was pulled over for speeding, and then was charged with giving police a phony name. Rosario allegedly sped past police, and switched seats with his passenger after he was pulled over. Police said they found six bags of heroin and 13 empty bags with heroin residue, the Courier-Post reported. Once at the county jail, police claim that Rosario vomited one large bag filled with 32 smaller bags full of heroin, prompting additional drug-related charges. Rosario was then taken to an area hospital, but has since been returned to the jail.  859

A college student from Georiga's jail sentence was reduced from four months to two months on Tuesday in the Cayman Islands after she and her boyfriend violated strict COVID-19 measures last month.According to The New York Times and CNN, the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal reduced 18-year-old Skylar Mack and her 24-year-old boyfriend Vanjae Ramgeet's prison sentence, saying the initial sentence "was not appropriate."Last week, Mack and Ramgeet were sentenced to four months after they both violated the island's mandatory two-week quarantine.Per the Associated Press, Mack arrived on the island on Nov. 27, but on Nov. 29, she broke quarantine by leaving with her boyfriend to attend a water sports event.According to The Times, Mack and Ramgeet initially pleaded guilty to breaking the quarantine rules and were to complete 40 hours of community service. They were also fined ,100.But last week, the prosecutor appealed the ruling saying the sentences were too lenient and a judge sentenced to four months in jail.The Cayman Compass reported that Mack nor Ramgeet plan to appeal the Court of Appeal's ruling. 1121

A highly anticipated audit of the city's water-billing practices could be delayed. City Auditor Eduardo Luna made the comments Thursday at the city's first public hearing after hundreds of residents complained about mysteriously high water bills. "Some of the key billing data that we're looking for may be delayed, they're looking about providing that to us in about two months, which could potentially have an impact when we complete this audit," Luna said. The city's environment committee - which includes four City Council members - held the meeting in order to question public utilities officials over the water bills.San Diegans have complained for months about spiking bills - some more than ,000. They said the city water department met their concerns with indifference, ultimately leading some to get shut off notices."We sincerely apologize to all customers that have been affected by this situation," said City Public is Utilities Director Vic Bianes. Bianes said the department has added staff to work on resident concerns, is waiving fees for meter tests, and is having supervisors sign off on daily work. A letter from US President Donald Trump to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was given Saturday to North Korea's foreign minister at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) meeting, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted.Trump's letter comes in response to a letter he received this week from Kim, according to State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert.
