Police in southwest England say two people are in critical condition and are being treated "for suspected exposure to an unknown substance." OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Forever 21 is one of a handful of stores that allows men and women to try on clothes in the same area.Now, some shoppers believe it might be time for a change.This comes after a man was charged for allegedly recording a woman and a girl inside a Forever 21 changing room at the Overland Park mall.“For a place like this, I don't think that's appropriate at all to have men, women and children in the same dressing room at all,” said Jaymee Henderson, who shops at Forever 21.Scripps station KSHB in Kansas City sat down with an attorney to find out what the laws are when it comes to recording video in a clothing store like this.Attorney Bernie Rhodes said anything within the store is fair game."If I want to walk into a Forever 21 store and put my cell phone in my breast pocket and film my interaction with the sales clerk, that's perfectly legal,” said Rhodes.But once you get to the dressing room area, the rules change."What a store can't do is install a security camera in the bathroom or dressing rooms because there we have what we call an expectation of privacy. The same is true for perverts,” said Rhodes.Rhodes said a person can record themselves in the dressing room with their own device.In the Forever 21 dressing rooms, there is a large gap between the floor and the fitting room wall. That’s how prosecutors allege a man took video of a girl and a woman on his cell phone.A petition on Change.org is calling on the store to separate their dressing rooms by gender, but Rhodes believes that change won’t prevent people from breaking the law."It falls upon the individual who is acting illegally, he or she knows what they're doing is wrong. (KGTV AND CNN) - School shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz plans to plead guilty, according to Howard Finkelstein, Broward County public defender.17 people were shot and killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Wednesday.Cruz, 19, was arrested nearby after the shooting. He confessed to police, according to the Associated Press. He faces 17 counts of premeditated murder.“It’s to avoid the unnecessary arduous long painful traumatic reenactment of something that is so horrific the families and the community should not have to relive," Finkelstein told CNN. (KGTV) - Dramatic body camera video recorded on the first day of Northern California's Camp Fire shows a Butte County Sheriff's deputy in what he thought would be the final moments of his life. BCSO Deputy Aaron Parmley was driving down Pentz Road in Paradise when his vehicle became disabled due to the firestorm. Parmley got out to run to safety.Fearing that he was about to die, Parmley switched on his body camera to document the situation the morning of Nov. 8.Video shows Parmley walking near a home and down the middle of a road with burning embers surrounding him. Other people, including a nurse and police officer, were walking nearby. Parmley's struggle to breathe in the heavy smoke is apparent.The life-saving moment happened roughly an hour and 14 minutes after Parmley turned on his camera. A bulldozer approached Parmley and the police officer, and both men got inside to be taken to safety.The Camp Fire went on to become the deadliest fire in California history, with 88 fatalities and 196 people missing as of Nov. 29.
