DALIAN, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday called for more communication and coordination between China and Britain on international and regional affairs.
China stands ready to work with Vietnam to steer bilateral relations forward in the right direction and strive for further headway in the development of their comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, said the premier.
The UK looks forward to China hosting a forthcoming G20 summit, it added.
Li briefed them on China's economy, saying the government had taken measures to advance reforms and restructure the economy to allow the market playing a bigger role in generating growth.
The State Council demanded the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) simplify approval procedures for higher efficiency in accordance with the reform plan for the initial public offering system unveiled on Nov. 30.
