VISTA (CNS) - An ex-con who stole a car with a 6-month-old baby inside from an Escondido shopping center pleaded guilty to felony auto theft and was immediately sentenced to four years in state prison on Monday.Anthony Guerrero, 31, entered his change of plea during a hearing at the Vista courthouse. The US House Judiciary Committee approved the measure last November.If made into law, the measure would open up business opportunities for legal marijuana nationwide.Still, many steps need to be taken to put the bill into law. If the measure passes the House, it could stall in the Republican-controlled Senate. Utah has worked on its medical marijuana program in the state since voters approved a proposition in 2018. Walmart has announced that it will no longer keep "multicultural hair care and beauty products" behind lock and key.The announcement comes as customers raised concerns about the practice.In a statement to E.W.
