Robert Flaxman admitted in a Boston courtroom he agreed to pay Rick Singer, the head of a college admissions company, ,000 to partake in the college entrance exam cheating scheme for his daughter. Flaxman’s daughter, who was accepted to USD but did not attend, had a proctor to boost her ACT scores, prosecutors said. (KGTV and AP) - Undocumented immigrants will not be automatically registered to vote in California starting in April, under the new Motor Voter law created by San Diego State Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez.The law taking effect in April will register citizens to vote when they get a driver’s license, ID card, or update their address through the Department of Motor Vehicles.California currently allows undocumented immigrants to obtain drivers’ licenses.A DMV worker who processes a drivers’ license application for an undocumented immigrant will not be able to access the voter registration section which is available to citizens.The Motor Voter Law was signed by Gov. (CNN) -- Retired NFL fullback Le'Ron McClain took to Twitter Saturday to plead for help dealing with head and brain troubles he said have resulted from playing football.In a series of emotional and expletive-filled tweets, McClain said his brain is tired and he needs to get his "head checked.""Need to tell my story of how my head is crazy and how football did it," McClain wrote. "Please someone help me get this out the @NFL puts paperwork in out (sic) faces and thats it."Reports show an increasing number of retired NFL players who have suffered repetitive hits to the head have developed memory and cognitive issues such as dementia, Alzheimer's, depression and chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
