The ashes of world famous physicist Steven Hawking will be interred in London's Westminster Abbey near the graves of ground-breaking scientists Sir Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin. In a statement released by the Abbey on Tuesday, the Very Reverend Dr John Hall, Dean of Westminster, said it was a "fitting" tribute to the British scientist who passed away last week at the age of 76."We believe it to be vital that science and religion work together to seek to answer the great questions of the mystery of life and of the universe," Hall said in the statement. 567

TAMPA, Fla. — A 0,000 reward is being offered for information on the 1997 disappearance of Don Lewis, the Tampa man whose case was featured in Netflix's "Tiger King."Lewis' family held a press conference Monday morning at Riverhills Church of God in Tampa.“Amazingly, our little family tragedy has become your tragedy. Our search for closure and truth has become your mission also,” said Lewis’ daughter, Gale Rathbone. The family has retained Jacksonville attorney John Phillips to conduct their own independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the disappearance.Phillips says he will represent anyone willing to come forward with information pro-bono.RELATED: Hillsborough sheriff asks for new leads for missing man featured in Netflix's 'Tiger King'Lewis was reported missing in 1997 by his wife, Carole Baskin. In the wake of Lewis' disappearance, viewers of the Netflix series have shared theories about what happened.“Think about your grandfather being rumored to either have been eaten by alligators, be under a septic tank of feces or in a meat grinder,” said Phillips. But as wild as it may sound, Phillips says there may be merit to those theories.Baskin, the owner of Tampa's Big Cat Rescue, was featured in the Netflix hit series, which briefly touched on Lewis' disappearance.Since the show's release, Baskin and her current husband, Howard, said producers duped them into thinking the series would be about stopping the abuse of big cats."Anyone who spends an hour with Carole would come away knowing that there was no way that she had any involvement in Don's disappearance and that the vicious rumors that were spread by his family are absolute nonsense stuff about meat grinders and septic tanks," said Howard Baskin. There have been renewed calls from authorities for tips in Lewis' case since the show was released. An anonymous donor helped the family raise the reward to 0,000,“Whomever that person is, we are so grateful. We are hoping that with those funds someone will have the courage to come forward,” said daughter Donna Pettis. 2081

The "Queen of Soul" is in hospice care at her home, a source close to the singer told CNN's Don Lemon.Word of Aretha Franklin, 76, being gravely ill was first reported by Showbiz 411.Showbiz 411's Roger Friedman told CNN: "She has a great family, she's surrounded by love, and the world is sending prayers. All further announcements will be made by her family. We just want to send love and prayers."The soul singer has been dogged by reports of failing health for years and appeared frail in recent photos, but she has kept her struggles private. In February of 2017, Franklin announced that she would stop touring, but she continued to book concerts. Earlier this year, she canceled a pair of performances, including at the New Orleans Jazz Fest, on doctor's orders, according to Rolling Stone. In 2010, she was forced to cancel to scheduled performances due to fractured ribs and abdominal pain.Franklin's career spans six decades. She got her start singing gospel music in a Detroit church where her father was the minister. In 1960, she signed with her first major record label. By 1968, Franklin was an established soul chart-topper with hits like "Respect," "Chain of Fools" and "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman."That same year she was tapped to sing at the funeral of?Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. where she performed a stirring rendition of "Precious Lord, Take My Hand."Franklin was the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in 1987 -- a year before the Beatles were inducted. In 1994, at age 52, she became the youngest at that time to receive a?Kennedy Center Honor. Franklin has 44 Grammy?nominations and 18 wins. She has performed at the inaugurations of three presidents: Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. President George W. Bush awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2005.Franklin's last album, "A Brand New Me," released in 2017, remixed her vintage vocals with newly recorded arrangements.Franklin's last known performance?was at a private gala for the Elton John AIDS Foundation last November. 2149

Stormy Daniels released a composite sketch on Tuesday of the man she alleges threatened her in 2011 and is offering a 0,000 reward to anyone who can identify the perpetrator. The disclosure of the drawing and the announcement of the monetary reward on ABC's "The View" mark yet another theatrical twist in the dramatic public feud between the porn star and President Donald Trump. Daniels alleges that she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006 and that she signed a secret agreement just days before the 2016 election in exchange for the promise to stay quiet about the alleged affair. She is now suing Trump in the hopes of voiding that agreement. The development also comes at a grave moment for a key figure in the Daniels saga -- Trump's longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen. Cohen claims to have orchestrated the non-disclosure agreement with Daniels and says he used 0,000 of his own money to pay her off. Last week, the FBI raided Cohen's home, office and hotel room in New York City. Sources said authorities seized information related to Stephanie Clifford, Daniels' legal name, and that the search included bank records.Daniels, recounting the alleged 2011 incident on "The View," said that what she remembers "so clearly about him was that nothing looked alarming about the way he looked at first."At the top of the sketch, it states that the man is between 5'9" and 6' tall, between his 30s and early 40s, and with a lean but "fit" body type.Daniels says the alleged threat took place in 2011, shortly after she had agreed in May of that year to sell her story about Trump to a magazine for ,000. In a previous interview with Anderson Cooper on CBS' "60 Minutes," Daniels said she was in a Las Vegas parking lot preparing to head into a fitness class when a man approached her and her infant daughter."A guy walked up on me and said to me, 'Leave Trump alone. Forget the story,'" Daniels told "60 Minutes." "And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, 'That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom.' And then he was gone.""I was rattled," she added. "I remember going into the workout class. And my hands are shaking so much, I was afraid I was going to drop her."On "The View," Daniels said one of the main reasons she did not go to the police after the incident was that she had not disclosed her alleged affair with Trump to her husband and was "embarrassed."Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said on "The View" he and Daniels think they know who sent the man who allegedly confronted her, "but we want to confirm it."Avenatti has told CNN that the person who made the threat was not Cohen or Trump's longtime bodyguard, Keith Schiller.Cohen's attorney has denied that his client had any involvement in or knowledge of the threat.Daniels said she never went to the police about the incident and never saw the man again, but that she is certain she would be able to recognize him."I would know it right away," she said. "Even now, all these years later. If he walked in this door right now, I would instantly know."The sketch was drawn by Lois Gibson, a forensic artist whose bio claims that she has helped law enforcement identify 700 criminals with her sketches.Following federal investigators' seizure of Cohen's documents last week, Trump's lawyers had asked that they get a chance to first review all documents and decide what should be off-limits due to attorney-client privilege. Cohen's lawyers, meanwhile, sought a temporary restraining order to prevent investigators from reviewing the material and requested that a third party special master decide what investigators can see..A judge on Monday announced that Cohen's lawyers will get a chance to review the seized materials and declare what they think should be protected under attorney-client privilege and that Trump's lawyers could similarly weigh in on records relevant to the President. But the judge is still considering whether a special master or an independent team at the US attorney's office in New York would decide what investigators can review.The-CNN-Wire 4123
