(CNN) -- An American Airlines flight was diverted to Oklahoma after a man grabbed a passenger seated next to him "by the crotch," according to a federal criminal complaint filed Friday.James Clayton Cholewinski-Boy was charged with abusive sexual contact after Tuesday's reported assault aboard American Airlines Flight 807 from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Salt Lake City, Utah, the complaint said.It's unclear whether Cholewinski-Boy has an attorney.The alleged victim, identified as "E.J." in the complaint, was seated between Cholewinski-Boy and her daughter. Shortly after takeoff, he began touching the woman's arm and she repeatedly pushed his hands away, according to the complaint.Cholewinski-Boy then "forcibly grabbed her by the crotch," the complaint said. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A man was injured at a Valencia Park home after a small explosion that police say could be drug-related. San Diego Police responded to a home on the 700 block of Valencia Parkway and transported a 38-year-old man to the hospital. According to police, it appeared he was holding an object that exploded, causing shrapnel-type injuries to his face, chest, and arm. San Diego Fire-Rescue's Hazardous Materials team and a bomb squad were called to the scene. An investigation is ongoing as to what caused the explosion. Police said there was some evidence of materials that might be related to the manufacturing of narcotics found in the home, but could not confirm that was the cause of the blast. Police say it happened in the backyard area of the home. The man was alone at the time, though two children live in the house. Police did not clarify the man's relationship with the kids. YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office says a husband shot and killed his wife, a mother of two, after mistaking her for an intruder early Thursday morning.According to a spokesperson, deputies were called to the home around 2 a.m. Thursday after a report of a woman shot and not breathing.The sheriff's office said the family was sleeping and the 30-year-old husband woke up to what he thought was someone breaking into his home. He reports that he grabbed his gun, saw what he believed to be an intruder and pulled the trigger.The person he thought was the intruder was actually his 31-year-old wife.Two children, ages 2 and 4, were inside the home at the time and neither were injured.Deputies say the husband was taken into custody and is being held at the Washtenaw County Jail as the investigation continues.
