Accused bank robbers and deputies in Richland County, South Carolina engaged in a shootout following a car chase last Friday. According to the Richland County Sheriff's Department, the three male suspects entered a bank wearing masks and carrying guns and demanded money. As the suspects fled, a vehicle description was given to deputies who attempted to pull the vehicle over. One of the suspects drove the car into a dead end where they got out of the vehicle and shot at deputies. One of the deputies, Captain Chris Duke, shot one of the suspects in the lower body.The suspects then got into a second vehicle and fled. That chase came to and end with a collision, and all three suspects were arrested. Deputies arrested Devanta Boyd, Devin Mincey and Daniel Williams. They will be charged with two counts of attempted murder and bank robbery, the Richland County Sheriff's Department said.None of the deputies involved were injured. 949

New York federal judge Jesse Furman issued a nearly identical order Tuesday.Both judges will also continue to monitor the controversial issue, saying they will both retain jurisdiction in the case until the 2020 census results are processed.Plaintiffs in the New York case have asked the judge for additional discovery and to consider sanctions against administration officials if the judge ultimately determines they were untruthful in recounting the motivation behind adding a citizenship question.President Donald Trump announced last week that he will seek citizenship information from agencies that already collect the data, and will not pursue placing a citizenship question on the 2020 census. "It was big, really big," said Schultz, who captured images of the alligator. "I was totally in panic. When I saw the alligator I was scared."Schultz said she’s lived in Marlwood Estates for three years and has only seen a gator there once before. She said the an alligator was spotted in a lake last year behind her property.Schultz, a mother of three, thinks the gator in the pool was likely 9 feet long and over 300 pounds."It totally concerns me. So now I’m scared and I don’t want to leave my kids outside playing in the backyard," said Schultz. "I also need to check the pool and check before going outside the house."The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said the gator was 9 feet long, and was relocated to a farm."It concerns me.
