A federal judge has ruled in favor of a group of adult entertainers who claimed their rights were violated when police raided San Diego strip club where they worked. An attorney for the women said the ruling essentially finds that the city's municipal code, which allows for inspections of police regulated businesses, violated the dancer's First Amendment rights. But the judge stopped short of ruling on the claim that the city also violated the Fourth Amendment on unreasonable searches and seizures. The San Diego City Attorney's office told 10News it's reviewing the ruling at this time and had no further comment. The dancers are also seeking damages, which their attorney says will be decided when the matter goes to trial, but a date hasn't been set.  797

"It was unreal because this is the moment you always wish for."At just two years old, Skylar has already endured more than most girls her age."When you’re told that your child has a birth defect before they come out, it changes your whole outlook on life," Shawn Turner said. Spina Bifida is a birth defect where the spinal cord doesn’t fully develop, making it difficult for those affected to walk.At first, Unissa Turner took Skyler's diagnosis really hard, and says she still tends to blame herself."I do still feel that it’s my fault, but I know it’s not," she said. "But, I definitely took it really hard."A determined toddler, Skylar wasn’t going to let her condition stop her from taking her first steps, or even dancing. She loves Taylor Swift and dances when one of her songs is on.The special moment of Skylar trying to walk to her father, not once, not twice – but three times, until eventually making it into his arms was all caught on camera. A Democratic lawmaker walked out of a moment of silence for the Texas shooting victims on Monday night to protest a lack of action on gun safety after mass shootings in the United States.Rep. A hiker fell to his death on Monday while ascending Yosemite National Park's famous Half Dome trail, the US National Park Service said.The hiker was on the trail's Half Dome cables, the park service said in a statement. He was hiking with another person during thunderstorm activity around 4:30 p.m. when he slipped and fell.The cables take hikers up the last 400 feet to the summit of Half Dome, which rises nearly 5,000 feet above California's Yosemite Valley.Park rangers were notified and went to the scene to assist the second hiker, the NPS said.
